not happy,

had problems since I drove the suv off the lot ,, thinking about purchasing a used car from ecars please have it fully inspected by a certified mechanic before signing any paperwork..

crap crap crap

bought a car. had problems right from the start. they dont care. i have paid so much in repairs they dont car. i had to go pick my title up when the 60 days tags were expired since the never mailed me the title like they said they would. the dealership didnt even sign all the paperwork ao who knows if this sale was even legal. they are xxxx.

Rudest dealership in history

As soon as I walked in to the place I got bad vibes. As soon as I start talking to someone it got even worse. The man told me he was not interested if I didn't want to do a credit app within 3 minutes of walking in the door.

WARNING

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to these guys. I got a car from them and it had problems from the start. I told them multiple times and they did nothing telling me that I would have to pay to get it fixed. Let me remknd you that the problems accrued in the first two weeks. Well eventually the car broke. They towed it and than said I would have to pay for it and that they weren't giving me a loaner. So k asked for a loaner or my refund. They than denied both and now I am without a car. Chick is a complete xxxxxxx talks to you any kind of and will try to belittle you if you let him. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS!!!!

2nd vehicle bought here

We have now purchased two vehicles through Ecars. They have given us fair prices and have stood behind their sales 100%. We had warranty issues through a purchased additional warranty. Ecars battled for us and even paid completely out-of-pocket prior to the warranty services ever admitting their error. I would recommend their cars to anyone. They do sell used cars, but they back them to the best of their ability.

Good selection and prices

Sales associate quoted a price and then when we went to buy the car the next day increased the price $200. Also, it is an inconvenience that it doesn't open until 10am. After having the vehicle for 2 hrs the service engine soon light came on. We took the vehicle in to have it looked at and we were told that their was nothing they would do for us, even though the engine is under a warranty. Finally, our 60 day tag was close to expiring so we called to ask why we had not received the title yet, and we were told that they had it at the office and we had to pick it up. By law, they were suppose to mail it to us within 30 days. I feel this dealership is completely unprofessional and I am completely dissatisfied with my experience. I would never recommend anyone to use this dealership and will never go back.

Was able to contact the dealer and able to access their inventory of vehicles and find the price range which I was interested in. The selection was great and the vehicles fit my interest and budget
