    Do not purchase anything from these people. They will tell you absolutely anything they think you might want to hear just to get your money. And once... they get your money you’ll have to drive to the dealership to talk to someone because they won’t transfer you to anyone nor return your phone call. In my case my truck was improperly lifted by these guys so had to replace a transmission twice and a driveshaft once because of how incompetent their work was. They only covered the first transmission repair but waited until the last day of my warranty to repair it so they wouldn’t have any other warranty issues with me. Also a strut broke loose due to them not inspecting the vehicle when it was traded in. Very dangerous vehicle and they had no issues with putting my families well-being in jeopardy. As for repairing the transmission the 2nd time I had to pay for that because when they lifted the truck they didn’t account for the driveshaft being too short. Just amateur hour ridiculous shade tree mechanic stuff. I wouldn’t send my worse enemy to these guys.

    This is my second vehicle from clay cooley. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a new car....the only problem I am having is the constant... calls from the sales department. I get atleast 3 to four calls a month asking me to trade.

    I received an voucher and to call for my pre-approval amount. I did to which within 2 minutes, I received a call from Houston at the Clay Cooley Mitsubishi... in Arlington. We spoke for a while and he felt they could do something for me. I went in, and before looking at vehicles was asked to complete the credit application. I did not sign it until I verified with Houston that they would not run my credit until I was satisfied with a car. He said they would not run my credit without my be satisfied with a vehicle and offer on my trade in. Well the entire experience was a joke. First of all they wanted to put me in a major downgrade from an SUV to a 4 door, then wanted to offer me a ridiculous low ball amount on my trade in. Oh, and not to mention, even though I have PERFECT pay history for 3.5 years on my current vehicle paying $100 more than what they wanted me to pay for month, still wanted me to get a co-signer for 6 months!!! So I said no and walked out the door, always disappointed. Well low and behold, I check my Credit Karma today and saw that Clay Cooley Mitsubishi ran my credit not once, not twice, but THREE times without my permission!!! I've called to see what they are going to do to remedy the situation since I NEVER agreed to a vehicle nor did I accept the offer on my trade in!!! Oh, and the pre-approval amount was for $35,000!!! THAT is nothing but a scam to get you in there. They will treat you no differently than someone that just walked off the street!!! Very disappointed at your unethical practices Clay Cooley!!! I'm a single grandmother trying to SAVE money and re-build my credit after an abusive marriage and this is what you do!!! Shame on you!!!

    Well, I have bought many cars over my 44 years but I have never experienced what happen to me at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi on Friday. We were on our way to... drivers select to look at a car but my wife saw a Nissan sentra with 700 miles and a great price. I explained to her that I had a bad experience with Clay Cooley Dodge earlier and I didn't want to go down that road, but I eventually caved and we stopped by. When we arrived the car they were trying to show us was not the car we saw online. We finally found the right car and it looked to be a good car at a good price. On the test drive the salesman was talking with his girlfriend in the back on the phone and was very unprofessional. I should have left but the price made me stay. I went in and told the salesman no games, give me the final out the door cash price. His manager came out and the price was $5000 more than the internet price. This was on a $11000 internet price on the car. The final price with TTL was $17k and some change!!!!!! After the shock wore off I asked him WHY? He said it was some sort of reconditioning fee. This is false advertisement and car dealership games. I laughed and walked out. I went to driver select and got a better car at a good price STAY AWAY FROM ANY CLAY COOLEY DEALERSHIP

    Wish they would have told me what my monthly payments were going to be before they made me buy full coverage insurance. Maybe I could have looked for a... better deal. Monthly payments are to high for used car.

    We came to look at a car that was listed on the Internet for 10,600 they told us it was sold and the salesman talked me into buying a $19,000 car which... I could not afford then when my son check the Vin numbers from the paperwork it didn’t match the car the car it had 20,000 miles on it I was supposed to be a new car did not realize that until I got home the salesman took a vantage of me being 82 so we return the car , They did not give me a paperwork to cancel the contract and we gave the car back we need paperwork saying we canceled the contract , Ally financial needs that, we went up there on Tuesday to get the paperwork and no one would give it to us so it’s terrible customer service and they take it advantage of people.

    I'm in the process of shopping for used vehicle. I work with medically fragile individuals, presently I don't have a vehicle to use for transportation... for them to and from hospital visits and day-to-day activities. The young woman I spoke to was very helpful and we're working on alleviating the situation she did a follow through as she promised. Now it's just a matter of taking it to the next level. Thank you Clay Cooley Mitsubishi.
