I contacted Towpath Motors regarding car detailing. They quoted a price and delivery time. Despite a problem with their detailer, they communicated clearly and honestly throughout the process. In the absence of the detailer, the owner personally completed the job and made sure it was done correctly. They provided the service at no charge since it was not up to their standard. Pleasntly surprised. They have a new customer - honesty and good communication are hard to find, but deeply appreciated!

I had about 3grand to find a car with. I went to numerous places and met with numerous people that were selling their cars and no luck WHATSOEVER! It was hard cause these days 3grand ain't much so I was scared I'd get ripped off and end up buying a beater! I was getting to the point where I really needed a car now so I was ready to kinda just buy anything.I was sick of going place to place and always ending up with 'no Car'! Anyways i went to Towpath and immediately liked the place. Everyone who worked there was really nice. Steve Suffolk sold me a Mazda 6 for an UNBELIEVABLE PRICE! He would've even worked with me if I needed to do a payment plan. I will recommend this place to all my people for sure. I totally love my car. Thanks Towpath and thanks Steve😊

Want take minute to share my thanks to this dealership have not had many positive experiences with used car lots, but the honesty and support i received here is pricless. I have always had credit issues and steve and the guys went above and beyond to get me into a great running reliable car that i can afford. Service dept has been very helpful on oil changes and maintenance of my car and best prices i have found. Thank you again towpath. Will be back soon and sending my friends

my son purchased a vehicle that would not pass e-check even though its guaranteed. Had vehicle for 2 days to fix issues without even looking at the car. My son had to get it back for work and now the head blew. The vehicle has sat at the repair place for 4 weeks now without being looked at. Called multiple times leaving messages without a call back. Today, 10/3 finally hear back from Steve and he tells me repairs still not done and it will be another 2 weeks. Unacceptable!
