SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS THE BEST THAT I EVER DEALT WITH,MY ISSUE WAS REPAIRED AT SOLVED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AND THE COST WAS FAIR...THANKS JASON,OSCAR... AND CREW
Awful! The worst! During this Covid-19 era, I negotiated a trade for a new $53K Grand Cherokee. After several emails and a few few phone conversations,... I drove 2 hours from NH's White Mountains down to Salisbury, MA only to learn that I could not bring my new Jeep home! Unbeknownst to me, Mass does not issue temporary plates, and Kendall neglected to tell me in several emails and phone conversations that I would not be going home in my new Jeep! When I arrived, she said we could do all the paperwork, and then someone would meet me a couple days later at my local town office to handle the registration. xxx! She coulda told me about that before I drove all the way down there, or maybe even suggested that I get a temporary registration at NH's DMV on the way down. Even though she knew I was from NH, she showed no remorse for leaving me hanging out to dry in Salisbury. Asked for my deposit back and beat feet!
These folks have it right and no doubt will become one of the highest volume dealers as time goes on...a fifteen minute drive saved us close to ... $ 2000.00.....they offer the lowest price possible, in a short period of time and assist with very attractive financing options...they are not trying to just sell cars they want your friendship and loyalty...they earned mine! Thanks Heather, Donnie, Ernie, Jimmy and you also Boss...Good Luck!
Bill, thank you for sharing your feedback! It is very important to our dealership that we earn the trust of our guests by following through with our p...romises. We look forward to seeing you at our dealership in the future. Best Regards, Don Campbell - General Manager
Unbelievable how bad the customer service. I have had problems with them in the past and having to pay for a pre-paid oil change. All they said is it was... expired which no one told me. Easy if I knew I would have used.
READ THE REVIEWS. They speak for themselves and I made a huge mistake by visiting this dealership without doing that myself. Learn from my mistake and... walk away while you’re ahead! Such an unprofessional and unpleasant experience, it’s tough to put into words how truly dissatisfied I am. I was not looking for a red carpet to be rolled out, my expectations were simply to get legitimate answers and have them follow through with what was necessary to purchase a vehicle and those expectations were severely missed. My story is long and if I were to type out all of the disappointing details here I’m afraid the length will cause readers to stop reading and I want my point to be read in hopes of saving someone else from this disaster. This is a true “car dealership”, they care about profit and NOTHING ELSE. The only thing this dealership was consistent with was employing highly unqualified help. If you think the sales experience is bad, just wait for the financing piece!!! Legitimately unbelievable. When my concerns with not being given reasonable service we’re presented they responded with “I’ll refund your money and disregard the entire deal if you’re not happy, I’m not talking to you if you’re upset”. Thanks, Dante! From start to finish it was a “can’t make this stuff up!” experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
I leased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from them last February, upon delivery they forgot to give me floor mats and my second key. I had no way to attach my license... plate and there was damage to the rear taillight. I had to drive back for the floor mats and the key. I scheduled repair for the taillight but they couldn't get their crap together long enough to actually fix it so I had to go somewhere else. Now here we are 2020 I damaged the side of my tire and I find out I have no freaking wheel lock key. I've never had a car with a wheel lock before its not something I know to look for. I called the dealership and got the receptionist when I explained I was never given a key she proceeded to tell okay we can order one but you have to pay for it. No, no, no I don't think you understand I shouldn't pay for something that should have come with the car. I'm not paying for something you messed up. She proceeded to tell me that by explaining my situation and reasoning of why I'm not paying for it that I was being uncessarily rude. Because her job isn't dealing with customer complaints or reacting to this situation like a normal compassionate human being and saying oh no I'm so sorry let's see what we can do for you like the other jeep dealerships I have talked to. zero customer services skills at priority. u requested a call back from the owner that was 3 weeks ago I chatted them online and got ignored Ive called and apparently no one answers the phones anymore. I am so beyond done with this dealership, its a lease the point is you want me to come back and continue to buy or lease from you but no you just get the initial sale and want to screw everyone over after that. I will never allow anyone I know to put themselves through what I have been through with them go someone else any other Jeep dealership at least they will treat you like a human being and show you some respect and customer service at another dealer because you won't get it at priority.
Drove 60 miles in a snow storm to view vehicle, executed a purchase agreement signed by the finance manager. I called three days after purchase agreement... was signed to inquire on financing. No mention that car had been sold. Next day salesman called to inform me that the car had been sold, the day after I had executed the purchase agreement. The dealership could not explain how such could happen and did not provide any possible remedies. I will never have any further dealings with the dealership.
I bought my Compass from Eric last August. He made the experience both easy and pleasant. Now, after almost nine months later, he stepped right up to help... my husband when he was having issues buying his leased car. Eric is there for you after the sale, which is pretty special.
I’ve always had my car serviced at Priority after switching from another dealer. The service has been great. I went there when I was thinking of buying... a new car and couldn’t be more pleased. The salesman, Eric, made sure every question I had was answered to my satisfaction.
Just bought my first SUV through Priority. Incredibly easy and stress-free process. Colin Quinlan was a huge help; knowledgeable, honest, and patient.... He got a quick feel for my wants/needs then walked me through the inventory, pointing out a few models for test drives. I ended up trading in my old car (at an unmatched value) and walking out with a Grand Cherokee. I absolutely love it. An incredible car at an incredible price. Big thanks to the dealership owner, Paul. He was always present and attentive, making sure his customers were being taken care of. High marks all around!
