Just bought my first SUV through Priority. Incredibly easy and stress-free process. Colin Quinlan was a huge help; knowledgeable, honest, and patient.... He got a quick feel for my wants/needs then walked me through the inventory, pointing out a few models for test drives. I ended up trading in my old car (at an unmatched value) and walking out with a Grand Cherokee. I absolutely love it. An incredible car at an incredible price. Big thanks to the dealership owner, Paul. He was always present and attentive, making sure his customers were being taken care of. High marks all around!
Great stress free experience while buying a new Jeep. They had the model with the options we wanted on the lot. The sales staff was professional and followed... up after purchase.
Trustworthy and car salesman is are not often used in the same sentence. However thisnis not the case for priority chrysker. Eric Faro and his manager... Keith were great. We bought a car and it was labeled 2 trim levels on the window sticker and did not catch it we wanted the higher trim level due to the safety features. We realized this at 11 at night when my dad questioned what he saw online. I called Eric's cell thinking I would leave a voice mail and he answered at 11 at night. Meet us there the next day and even thiugh we already signed all the paperwork they allowed us to change the car to the higher trim level without any hesitation. This place is great and Eric and Keith we can not thank you enough. They are truly for the customer and not there to try and make a buck.

Can I do a negative rating. 1 review 1.0 star rating 12/12/2017 Honest to God truth. I traded in my vehicle. They didn't pay it off. They paid only... a portion. I brought it to the attention of everybody. Sales. Finance. GM. And the owner. In addition, they failed to deliver on promised items with the new truck. I bought a brand new truck. This is how they operate. I don't have the time to deal and fix their issues. I feel sorry for them. They are liars. Add to list Edit
