Everything went excellent with buying my car. My problem is that I am the one that have to keep communicating with Ns Sonya for my tags. As the purchasing customer she should have been in contact with me. Well with 2 weeks of me contacting Ms Sonya and she reassuring me that my tags would be done before my temps expire on SUNDAY 5/7/17. Well its 5/3/17 and still NO TAGS. Oh when I called to speak with her she was asking me info that didnt pertain to me, then put me on hold to have another associate talk to me about what she's supposed to be doing. Thats a very careless act and because of this I will not give an overall excellent rating

Great service! The overall experience was awesome. Good selection of quality cars at affordable prices. Ask for Dwayne or Mark, and they will make sure you get into a car the same day. Detailing and auto repairs on site as well. The only thing that's lacking, is coffee/snacks while you wait.
