Capitol Ford

I recently sold one of my vehicles to Capitol Ford, and the entire experience was excellent thanks to Terra. She guided us through the whole process, helped us get a strong offer, and was incredibly kind the entire time. We felt completely comfortable and never once pressured to purchase anything. The transaction was smooth and surprisingly quick! Terra is awesome! Capitol Ford is truly lucky to have such a kind, approachable, and helpful team member. Highly recommend!

Ford's service center is the best experience I have ever had from any service center. One employee stands out more than the rest, Zaki Mubashir. He make sure that every time my car comes in, he is treating me as the most important person of the day. I receive text or phone calls when their is any issue or delay. Zaki helped me with a rental at a very fast rate, as I had an appointment to make when my truck had an issue. Later that day, when it was clear that Ford needed to keep the truck for a period, he arranged for a larger vehicle. My daughter had a tournament and I needed to bring all the equipment so the first car couldn't hold all my equipment, Zaki stepped in and got me a vehicle that met my needs in record time. I have brought my car in when Zaki is not available, I still got really good service. But there was a difference between this visit to the service center compared to when Zaki is handling my service.

I highly recommend them! Frank was proactive in letting me know what parts were available and when the work would be completed, and they followed through perfectly.

Had some difficulty getting a hold of service advisor via main text service tool for notifications and communications and on service center voice mail after visit for some follow-up to a concern I had. But, service done was done quickly and in very professional way via notices and direct feedback from the service advisor

Its easy to find, the parking lot is good size and we'll marked with arrows to show the way to the exit.

I didn’t have anything major done but I appreciate the professionalism of my service advisor and the work was done in a timely fashion. No loaner car can be a problem sometimes since this work took longer than originally anticipated
