We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we

We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we purchased in 2024 for the last seven months. The vehicle has been in and out of the service department. The car was not fixed or temporarily fixed (only for the issue to return the next day) and or denied any mechanical issues existed. We were even told to take the vehicle to another Dealership (Lincoln) as they could not fix or identify/find any problems, but at this point, we did not trust any Lincoln Dealerships due to the consistent gaslighting, fabricating, and inability to repair the vehicle. Instead, we took our car to Capitol Ford/DGDG Group and the service was absolutely what one would expect. Professional, engaging, mechanical experts, honest, caring, and engaging. Our service writer Zejna Dubinovichas has restored our faith in the Ford Brand (Lincoln is owned by Ford). Thank you, Capitol Ford/DGDC Group, for hiring such an amazing individual who truly cares about the customer and promotes the Capitol Ford/DCDG Group in such a positive customer-focused environment.

I have been trying to finance a car for several months

I have been trying to finance a car for several months online and none of these car dealers can finance me but yet westlake and global lending tell me I'm pre-approved but every dealer says they can't finance me yet I am low score 595 I should still be able to purchase a car. I'm starting to believe you can't purchase cars online it's a gimmick!

Took our 2022 Ranger for basic service.

Took our 2022 Ranger for basic service. Service area is a disaster, service advisors and other personnel non presentable. No respectful or attention to customers, no one greets you or welcomes you. You’re on your own when it’s time to pick up vehicle. Who are you hiring? No wonder everyone is buying Toyota or Honda.

I dropped my truck off for recall service 5 days ago.

I dropped my truck off for recall service 5 days ago. I was not offered any sort of estimate on how long it would take, nor was I offered a loaner. I’ve tried calling several times since then to get an update, and either nobody answers in the service center, or I get transferred to a technician who doesn’t answer or return voicemails. Definitely take your business literally anywhere else.

All I took it in was for oil change, he tried to sell me

All I took it in was for oil change, he tried to sell me $569.00 worth of service for a truck with 19,000 miles and I refused.....Then he treat me like a piece of garbage...I got my truck back was running bad he said he took the tune off it which it was only factory tuned anyways. Thesse people are con artist this dealer stay away

Purchased a "certified" AWD premium Explorer.

Purchased a "certified" AWD premium Explorer. Only to find out that the car was leaking into the cabin. I actually had to pay diagnostics out of pocket while I purchased and trusted the dealership to honor their "Trusted, worry free, ford certified" Claim. Well, since the fix, there have been issues with the service and support; poor job fixing it, and it is messy. I have been trying to communicate for over a month, and management does not return my communications. A few days ago, I found that the front INSIDE of the car also leaked water into the cabin. Again, no help from FORD, DGDG, or the services department. At this moment, I am looking to send the car back. Regretting i purchased a ford for the first time. Ford, if you read this. Worry-free; Ford Certified is a MISCLASSIFICATION!

My interaction with this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare, and I am left with no choice but to sever all ties with them. The pinnacle of my dissatisfaction was the encounter with the General Sales Manager, Stephen Minchell. His condescension and lack of professionalism were appalling. It was clear that customer service is not a priority for him, and his attitude left me questioning why he holds such a significant position within the organization. One would expect a manager to embody the values of the dealership and set a positive example, but unfortunately, this was not the case. This incident was not an isolated one; rather, it reflects a broader pattern of incompetence and negligence throughout the entire dealership. From top to bottom, I encountered a multitude of issues that have left me thoroughly disillusioned. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Considering the plethora of alternatives available, I see no reason to subject myself to the subpar treatment and service offered by Capitol Ford.
