Every time I need to go to this dealership for service, I regret it. The issues are centered around the fact that despite being a ford dealer, they do not know the technical specs of the products they are servicing. As a result, they make mistakes, make false statements, and provide poor service overall. Furthermore, scheduling and pickup notifications are a joke. You show up to an appointment, guaranteed going to wait 20-30mins before someone talks to you. Then for pickup, despite them stating the car would be ready within the day, they finish the work, but do not notify you because the guy you work with has clocked out and nobody else is there to give you a call. You need to check up on your own vehicle and show up 5 mins before closing to pick it up on the right day. Absolutely the worst ford dealership I worked with. I will completely avoid this location going forward.

The staff were very nice and the process was straight forward. Initially I thought the car was I bought was clean, but after I got home, I found food wedged in the backseat and hair ties in the glove box. I just wish the cleaning was more thorough. The car also had less than a quarter tank of gas when turned over to me. Topping it off would have gone a long way to make me feel appreciated.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The process was straightforward, efficient, and easy to navigate. Everyone was professional and easy to work with, and I especially appreciated not having to spend the entire day at the dealership. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience.

We were on a cross country trip and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation with Capitol Ford in San José. The service advisor (Michael) was professional and helpful. The technician performed a thorough inspection and found an additional service that needed to be addressed. The work was able to be performed in a reasonable extension of time at a very reasonable price. I was very happy to have brought the car to Capitol Ford.
