Always happy with associates we?

Always happy with associates we?ve dealt with. Just not happy that my car was making no noise before I took it. And now brakes are whistling when applied. Wonder if having tires rotated had anything to do with it?

Caught in a terrible situation. Jamie took car in immediately, got necessary parts, repaired car, inspected it, passed it and returned car next day. Prompt attention. Quick service. Service reps friendly. Genuine concern very much appreciated. Manager extremely helpful and personable.

BAD brake replacement

After a $800 brake job, They made a grinding noise. Near Jamestown NY so took it to dealer there. They fixed the problem (I don't know exactly what it was for $45. Also told me that there were no pads on the emergency brake! I'm not going back to Murphy as I do not trust them to do the emergency brake. More money to go to another repair shop.

Over my lifetime, I have purchased vehicles from almost 10 different auto dealerships in WNY and with that experienced thier service. I can say, most were very good service but Jim Murphy is the best. They treat you like gold and thier service is next level great...

Bad Experience

This is for the Depew site.Have been to the service deptartment 4 times for non sarting, always involving the battery. Got it home and tried to start it and again, it won't work. All the time they also try to push me into getting a car from them. Will not deal with them. Would give 0 stars if I could.
