EXCEPTIONAL DEALS AND SERVICE FROM THE BEST IN TOW

This dealership is a small family owned business and you can tell. Their service is fast and they are more than fair and honest! I would buy from them again.

Buyer

Very satisfied was looking for a truck to pull my rv and as soon as one came in chase called me. It needed some work which they did and josh kept me up to date when it would be done. They all put you at ease. I am a widowed woman and they put me at ease and are so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Mind Boggling

It pains me to do this as I can not say I’ve ever given a business a poor review. As a business owner myself, I know how poor reviews both look and feel. Unfortunately, I do not feel like I would be doing anyone justice by simply turning a blind eye. I contacted this dealership with far more information in hand than most. I have both a background in auto sales and at one point in time made a living selling used cars as an individual. With more than 10 buy-bids in hand from other dealerships on one of my trades and the same amount of appraisals and offers on the other trade. Every number being the same across the board. I viewed and test drove their vehicle and showed them my first trade. I was immediately informed that they would be “strong” on it and possibly higher than the other offers. I ask if I could put a deposit on their truck and was told no, as it was drawing too much attention to be reserved. *that should have been my first clue* My second trade being a 2016 HD and being offsite they informed me they would get a buy-bid. Days passed and while I don’t blame them, it took time to receive the bid. It came back the same as everyone else. Time to make a deal? Not so much. After hounding them to give me actual numbers I was told the deal was too far off. Why? Come to find out they would prefer not to deal in Toyota/Lexus. We continued to communicate about what it would take to make the deal. I was borderline lectured over and over again that book value on my vehicle didn’t matter. They would only appraise at low auction prices? Their truck being listed over book was not a concern as I was willing to make a deal. To think that a dealership wouldn’t follow standard ethical business standards and appraise a vehicle at even low book was mind-boggling. I still wanted to try and make a deal. I accepted the offer of over $2,500 less on my Lexus as a way to make the deal happen. Let’s do this? After a couple more days of attempting to get “real” numbers for the deal, I was informed that we couldn’t make a deal. So we started talking... I gave in again. I’ll take the $2,500 loss and I’ll throw in a thousand dollars. Let’s see if we can get it done. I finally get numbers... The price on the truck has gone up? We forgot to tell you that we put work into the truck. What work did you do? Actually, we posted the truck at the wrong price. That’s our bad. Ok ok... I’ll take the $2,500 loss and I’ll pay the $1,000 I offered and I’ll pay the $1,000 you’ve now added to the price. Let’s make a deal? I get another set of numbers... Now we are almost another $900 off. Now let me state this; My Lexus and those in much worse condition (Mines borderline spotless) don’t stay for sale long and average $11-13,000. Every dealer in 3-States has offered a standard $6,000 sight unseen. This dealer has to be pushed to offer $2,500. Their truck is listed at $19,995 but jumps to $20,995 during the course of a deal. I add $1,000 and the dealer gives nothing. I add another $1,000 and the dealer gives nothing. We jump another $800+ and the dealer gives nothing. If you’d like to try and purchase from this dealer expect these things; 1) To get below auction prices. (Safe for them) 2) To pay over book. 3) For then to hold out for more money on theirs. 4) No ability to place a deposit. 4) They don’t deal Toy/Lexus the most sought after vehicles in the PNW. 5) Expect their listed price to change. 6) Expect it to be a long painful process in which you will either loose or have to pass as it will only cost you far more than what it’s worth. This was not only a bad experience but a complete eye opener that there are businesses in 2018 that have a complete disregard for simple business morals and/or ethics. I should mention; I came in pre-approved with my own financing through USAA who makes the process seamless. Only this dealership could possibly make it painful.

Love these guys

I bought a 2009 traverse from these guys. Very clean, nice car. The salesmen couldn't have been nicer. The car had a problem with the heated seats, they took it to the dealer and paid to get it fixed. I definitely will check with them when I buy another car. Patricia

Overpriced and careless

First off, the cars are waayyyy over priced. Like, ridiculous even for a dealer and will not budge at all on prices or any sort of deals. They don't care to keep their return customers or accomodate in any way. I was told I'd get a call about 5 different times but didn't hear anything so I stopped in myself everytime and was told to call back again. They kept me going in circles and eventually came up with an even higher price for the car I wanted and an even lower number for my trade in. Not sure how we worked backwards but I can't get all my wasted time when I could have just went to any other dealer who would have loved to sell me a car. I'm so annoyed. You'd think they would have been more considerate to someone who already bought an over priced car from them before.

Love my Tahoe!

Bought my Tahoe from these guys and have sent most of my friends and family there as well. Always taken care of, very professional but in a super fun way. We could not be happier with our experience.
