Purchased a 2012 Fait 500 from Juan for my daughter. Juan was helpful by picking me up from the hotel as I rode the train down. Got the car back home for... my repair shop find over 3,000 dollars of mechanical work to be done. The car was bought “As is, where is” and on their value lot. Spoke to the manager David and he rest assured me that my license plate would be sent overnight, Fed Ex. It never arrived four days later and too the wrong address. Take the time to find a local shop to look at these cars because I wouldn’t have bought this car even though it was a good deal.
Rob, I am sorry you are upset. We spoke a few times and you expressed that you were happy. I am surprised to read this. You purchased from our value l...ot which are advertised with mechanical issues. You drove and checked the car and agreed to the reduced priced based on your repair estimate. We have over 100 certified cars but you wanted from the value lot for the purpose of fixing up the car. We sent the tag to the address on file so not sure how that is the wrong address. I apologize if we miscommunicated somewhere along the way but it really felt based on our chat that we hit every box you were looking for. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to call. I bought a 2012 Lexus is 350 c and had it shipped. I asked my salesman Juan to walk around the car and tell me if he saw any blemishes, scratches, dents... and dings. He told me he saw none. They delivered the car this morning. They did not deliver the title even though I wired the money to them 8 days ago. The rims were damaged beyond repair. The prior owner had used harsh liquids to clean the rims taking the paint right off the rims. It was cheaper to buy rims which is what I did from Discount Tire Direct. I called 3 times today but no one returned my call
Very disgraceful service, and quite frankly a scam. I had bought a used car for my father, and I had asked them of any major impairments that may need... to be fixed, and they only assured me it was the battery that had problems-- however they showed me the battery still worked fine at the time. Once I gave it to my father that same day, it turned out that the transmission was completely damaged, and the power steering was weak. The car is completely incapable of mobility, and my father cannot travel where he needs to go. Now I have payed for a piece of trash that turned out to be overpriced. Unfortunately, I signed the warranty disclaimer that rids the dealership of any responsibility, but anyone looking to buy a car here, DO NOT COME HERE.
Samantha, I searched our whole sale records and do not see your name any where at all. I also never received any communication from you about an issu...e with a car. All of our cars other than Value Lot come with free warranty and are fully checked. We are also located in Miami Gardens not Pittsburgh PA. Perhaps you have the wrong dealer. I inquired about an SUV, I called both number listed on their website, first obe told me they are close, Monday he will call be back, no one called me... back Tuesday I called the other listed number , he taxed me that short he will get back to me, no such thing. After five business days I text them back, someone called me and gave me nothing but B'S.

There free extended warranty does not cover much! A week later I had a problem! There warranty doesn’t cover what they said would for 90days! Faced... with 3000$ repair on a car they knew was a lemon! In the middle of a mess. Single Mother and faced with this!
Barbara, I apologize for your issue with the car. The free warranty is a 3 month 3000 miles powertrain warranty. The car was in perfect working order... when you left the dealer and for the following month. We do not sell lemons. We check every car and even allow every customer to have the car inspected by a 3rd party prior to purchase. You contacted us with an issue and we sent you to our mechanic that pointed out a small issue potentially in the transmission that can be repaired but needs a transmission specialist. The warranty may very well cover the issue. Your complaint to us was the diagnostic is not covered to determine if the issue is covered. Also, we offered you to purchase a full bumper to bumper warranty which you declined. We tried to refer you to transmission shops that would do a better job diagnosing and saving you money and you declined. I want every customer to be happy and will bend over backwards to help. I will continue to offer any assistance I can but you choose to keep declining all assistance. Please contact me anytime and I am more than happy to help you out. I purchased a vehicle from AUTO TRUST USA and was very pleased with every aspect of the purchase. The salesman that made it a pleasurable experience was... Valiamir whom had taken care of everything. I had a private inspector go and check it out to make sure there was no surprises. Everything came back A ok. I flew in and he had me picked up at the airport and I spent all of 5 min at the dealership. Got in the car and drove it back to Colorado without even as much as a hiccup. Great company to do business with.
