I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during and after the purchase of my vehicle from your dealership. Initially, the salesperson, Juan, appeared to be trustworthy. However, my experience has proven otherwise. Despite paying for a third-party vehicle inspection, several items clearly visible in the inspection report photos (such as mats, charging cables, extension cords, and a components bag) were missing upon delivery of the vehicle. Further, I paid Juan additional money for the vehicle's delivery, but it arrived damaged. I incurred $315 in repair costs out of my own pocket. I promptly reported these issues to Juan, as well as to his partner at JCT Transport, but I have yet to receive any reimbursement or resolution. As a military service member, I value professionalism, honesty, and respect for hard-earned money. Regrettably, this experience has left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone and strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs.

Had to pick up car blocks away in the dark.

Had to pick up car blocks away in the dark. Battery was at 5% next morning - beyond redemption - my $500 problem. Since whatever they put on the hubcaps and car to mask blemishes has since washed off. Run away as fast as you can!!!

BEWARE of this little dealer.

BEWARE of this little dealer. I just bought a vehicle that seams to be OK but when arrived at my location the vehicle stalled and didn't start, so far it looks like a lemon, and it has several body damage that a rookie salesman named Juan emphasized that the car in excellent shape. I shipped the vehicle to a Cadillac dealer to investigate about the issues and whether the mileage reported is accurate. I will be calling their local licensing board for a complaint as well as filing a lawsuit against them for any money to be spent for repairs. When buying cars, I normally trust franchise dealers over these little community businesses. When buying a vehicle ALWAYS send it for inspection outside which I missed.

Beware!!

Beware beware when I first bought my BMW from these people they told me it has never been in a wreck so I had a headlight assembly go bad. I went to replace it where you have to take the bumper off and noticed that the crash bar on the front of the vehicle was dented in extremely plus it was missing the rubber piece that protected it along with a couple of little things that were broke Trust me you do not want to do business with these people.update you should have had it inspected before you bought it and the only reason I found out about the damage was I had to take the bumper completely off and have the headlights replaced due to them being damage from a highly impact front in that crushed the impact bar about 4 inches if you consider that minor damage, then you don’t need to be in the auto business I had inspected again. They said that was a major crash, that’s why I posted what I posted when I posted and as far as the independent inspector my opinion now is there in business with you do two things I found after I bought it, and I had brought a few things to your attention and I did not receive any calls back. One thing was the driving code the sales person said oh it’s nothing well it come out to be I had to put a whole new rack and pinion under which cost over $5000 so I guess that’s minor to right. Back to minor damage. This is a description that tells you what minor damage to a car is. Minor: Generally, minor damage is cosmetic (including dents or scratches), may only require reconditioning, and typically does not compromise a vehicle's operation and/or safety

Dismissed me as a potential customer

I spent several weeks in contact with the manager and salesperson via email, texts and phone conversations. Note, I initiated ALL contacts. -Initially I was informed the vehicle was not on site. -when the vehicle (supposedly) arrived at the dealership the manager texted me a partial photo of the vehicle. -at that same time I was advised the vehicle had to pass in house inspection. -several days later I was advised there were needed repairs and, due to the cost they reached out to the auction house to pay for the repair. -after a week or so I was informed the action house agreed to pay the cost of repairs. -more time went by. I was advised the parts were held up in the supply chain. - last week I followed up and was told by the salesperson the vehicle would be ready the next day but it was sold. -I expressed by astonishment that the vehicle was sold and I was NEVER afforded the opportunity to see it due to all the circumstances noted above. -I reached out to the manager via email for an explanation the chain and for the status of the car. I have received no response to date.

Great service from Juan!

I bought a 2015 Fiat 500 e from Auto Trust USA. Because of the distance from my home I bought the car sight unseen from the salesman Juan. I found Juan to be friendly, he answered a lot of questions and sent me photos of the car and even photographed some minor scratches in the pain.. I paid $195.00 to have the car inspected and Juan refunded $180.00 of that which I thought was nice of him to do. The car was delivered to me for free and arrived as promised. The only complaint I have and it really isn't against any certain person but on my initial drive with my wife, the rear right rear tire blew out. The electric cars do not have spares. I had the care towed to a garage and they put 4 new tires on for $600.00. All four tires were dry rotted. Overall the car performs as expected and gets roughly 70-75 miles per charge. It depends on how many accessories you use, i.e., Air condition, radio, PW, Lights, etc. As for me, My buying experience with Auto Trust USA was good. Juan was honest, friendly and kind. I feel that he did a great job except the tires and I will not hold that against him. I appreciate your professionalism Juan. If you would like to help me out on the tires I would be extremely happy and would add that to my review. :)

I really wanted to like this dealer and the 2015 BMW 335i

I really wanted to like this dealer and the 2015 BMW 335i they sold to me! The car was exactly what I was looking for in color/options etc. I contacted the dealer. Both Alex - salesperson and Juan - finance person were easy to work with. Getting paperwork done was breeze, they even suggested a couple of local car inspectors, I used - MyUsedCarBuddy. In addition, they gave me $180 towards inspection if I pay full purchase price. I contacted the car inspection co. and got a car inspection report. Inspection report from MyUsedCarBuddy, which did not show any major issue with the car. I signed all the paperwork and my bank sent the check to the dealer, Juan found the shipping co. to ship the car the next day and delivered it the next morning on Sunday. I was very happily surprised and excited for their help so far and to get my car! Car looked and drove as I expected. The Next day I took the car for a state inspection and found out, car had an engine light on and oil was leaking all over underneath. I also show oil marks in my driveway. My heart sank!!! I contacted Juan/Alex right away, they both acted surprised and claimed, there should be no issue with the car. Car inspector did not find anything. I took the car to the BMW service and found out there is a major issue with the fuel pump, fuel lines and air hoses. Total bill of repair $4000+!!!! I sent a BMW Service report to Juan/Alex and no reply. Both stop communicating all together. I called/texted multiple times but no answer. Finally, I paid $4000+ out of pocket and got the car fixed within a week of the purchase. These people sold me the damaged car, took the money and washed their hands! So much for their name Auto Trust USA. I WOULD NOT TRUST or RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE! I understand that I might have gotten unlucky with the car and I took the risk of buying a car online but AutoTrust USA DID NOTHING to correct their mistake of selling a car, which needed substantial repair. Nor their 30 days insurance they claimed to offer, help me anyways. Please see the pictures/BMW Service report for proof yourself and STAY AWAY from AutoTrust USA!!!!
