    Do not buy cars on this site, cars that do not work and wash their hands with their supposed guarantee, after signing a few days they changed the business... and I had to pay more because they would take away the vehicle

    I inquired about a vehicle I saw on their site. They contacted me on Friday, 08/14/20, and scheduled my appointment the same day. I left work early on... Friday, 08/14/20 apparently just to waste my time. They were not able to work something out in order to get me in the vehicle I was interested in. I left the dealership without a vehicle after wasting more than an hour there. They contacted me again today, 08/18/20, provided misleading information over the phone, the person on the phone reassured me they will get me in the vehicle I was interested in, I made it clear to her that I was just there on Friday, 08/14/20, and I had no desire in wasting my time again. Again, she reassured me that she was instructed to specifically contact me to ensure they get me in that vehicle. Guess what? I left work early AGAIN to waste my time AGAIN. I requested to speak to the Manager at this point (Mr. Lopez) in which his only solution was to apologize and stated "you can give us a bad review, but I apologize for this". As a Manager that's your only solution? I'm a healthcare worker and playing with people's time during this pandemic is unacceptable. Unbelievable that these people are in business. They tell you what you want to hear over the phone just to get you in and waste your time.

    Lo peor de lo peor, estafadores , manipuladores, y un servicio al cliente pesimo , Me vendieron un auto con problemas graves en la transmisión y no quisieron... cambiarlo ni pagar por el arreglo y me trataron muy mal, no confíen en esa gente.

    I bought a car from them, the car is great, decent (not the best) price, sales process was smooth. However, during the financing process, the dealer's... Financing person (Phillip) clearly stated that due to my credit, THE BANK was requiring me to buy an "extended protection plan" and GAP coverage in order for my application to be approved. A couple days later I confirmed with the bank that in fact it was not a requirement from them. When confronted, and when he realized he was being recorded (in a place that's open to the public) Philip offered to break my cell phone. The next day, I showed up at the dealership to cancel both the GAP coverage and extended protection plan and demanded a full refund, I left with their word they would cancel it and paperwork to proove it. After I left, I received a call from their manager, Rey, telling me they wanted to cancel the deal because if I was cancelling those products the deal was no longer profitable for them, and he demanded I bring the car back or they would take it. I told him the law in Florida doesn't allow for seller's remorse. Keep in mind the deal was fully funded and approved by the bank at this point. Important to note here, I was in contact with the 2 companies that provide the GAP and protection program, and they never received the funds or a contract from the dealer, the dealer retained the funds the entire time. It took 8 more weeks and the threat of legal action for them to refund the money for those 2 products that were sold under deceit.

    unprofessional agent trying to sell extended warranties and Gap insurance to meet dealers price don’t go for online price they always look for a way to... modified on their favor and look for the baddest interest deal I requested to cancel add in they took away vehicle I purchased after 4 days
