Please don't buy any cars from them

I went up there to purchase a car for like $10,500 drove it for 2 weeks and the car start shaking real bad on my dashboard it says engine power reducing and being that they GM Service Department on Corunna Road for like a week a guy named Howard is working on it he haven't called me back he haven't gave me up date I've been blowing up their phones up now they know my number so they not even calling back or answering the phone please do not buy any cars from them

Incompetent, poor communication, and poor service

Incompetent, poor communication skills. Do not have the ability to reply to emails or calls. Not timely or knowledgeable. No clue what they were doing.

Poor communication and buying process

Salesmen were not knowledgeable about the buying process and sometimes it took days for a call back or to respond to an email. Not professional or timely.

Good Vehicle selection/Poor salesmanship

Jack is the man

I went in today to try to buy a beautiful Cadillac. Honest I've been searching and they had the nicest. Not even sure yet if I will get financing but the salesman jack was awesome to deal with. I'm a good read of character and that guy was legit. Fingers crossed hope I get the truck. And even if I don't I would still recommend this place.
