We were test driving vehicles trying to decide which one was right for us especially after we settled on one only to find out it had a salvage title which changed our minds. We were approached by a male employee (after driving four of their vehicles) and treated very rudely because we wanted to drive more vehicles and check them out. I'm not going to purchase something without checking it out thoroughly. I have never been treated so hateful as a customer. I guess it is a good thing we saw their true colors before doing business here. I do not recommend them at all. We went somewhere else and got a great vehicle and were treated much better.

The people at Phoenix are well worth my time. They take time to answer my questions. I am happy to call them family.

On my visit I was treated with great respect and felt as though I had know the employees forever and had just met them. Very friendly atmosphere. Graciously would recommend sharing my car buying experience with any other looking for a good vehicle with convenience. They worked really hard to successfully put me in the vehicle that I chose, not one that was chosen for me based on credit.
