Best Kia dealership

I wanted to buy a Kia because I heard they are very good cars with a great warranty. I went to the Kia dealership in Delray, West Palm Beach and Sunrise. When I arrived at Sunrise Kia I met a sales rep named Carol Gil. She went over and above to get the automobile I wanted, at the best price. She was awesome! Then I went to get my car serviced in West Palm Kia. The service was ok but I felt I was overcharged. So the next service I went to Sunrise Kia and a service rep named Kevin helped me. He was very professional, friendly, and very helpful. He tried to get the service done asap. Rick Case Dealership gave me the BEST service. I would highly recommend Rick Case Kia. I live in the West Palm area, but they are worth the drive!!

Jason from the service team was amazing. He kept me informed and updated with my car's progress as it was getting serviced. I received a rental car right away and the process was very smooth. I recommend working with Jason if you need to service your Kia at Rick Case for his professionalism and overall help in the stressful moments of getting your car fixed. Thank you Jason.

Horrible Service Department. Deceived about services to...

Horrible Service Department. Deceived about services to vehicle. Dealership added services to my vehicle I did not ask for. Also when I dropped vehicle off, everything was performing good except for Auto Light Switch which I wanted replaced. Then I received a text a day later and was told battery might need to be jumped versus it is bad and needs to be replaced. When I arrived car was dead eventhough I asked for car to be ready when I picked it up. I also was told that Service Manager would return my call to resolve. I believe since I was not told my battery was dead, the dealership should replace battery since they did not tell me the entire truth. I would like to hear from GM so I can discuss further.

I have found that my service advisor, Mr. Eddy Rodriquez and his team of Mechanics makes SURE the job is done right the first time. I always drive away in CONFIDENCE. It has been my overall experience at Rick Case KIA Sunrise that they are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, reliable, cognitive of my time and comfort while waiting. Two of the gentlemen at the Call Center for Scheduling and taking message were also extremely patient and helpful. The Rick Case Kia Mission statement sums them up quite nicely: ' We Do It Fast, We Guarantee Our Work and We Do It For Less!" We will continue recommend your services to other KIA owners. God Bless.
