Once they sell you the car, they no longer care.

Once they sell you the car, they no longer care. Bought my car. AC went out in 2 months. They fixed it. Then it went out again 2 years later. Went to service. They informed me they would need to keep the car for 2 to 3 days. I asked for a loaner as I had to get to work. They said they need to diagnose to see if warranty would cover prior to providing a loaner. But I have a full warranty and they obviously did not fix it right the first time. They had an attitude with me because I requested a loaner. Do not buy a car from this dealer. Once you are off the lot, they could care less. Horrible customer service.

Rick Case is famous in South Florida for their customer

Rick Case is famous in South Florida for their customer service in all departments. I would like to mention Lee Rodulfo and Alejandro Corcho in the service department. Their customer service interaction with them is excellent in anything of your needs or concerns, they know their business and they are always providing you with a solution to you problems. Kudos for them

Went to drive test drive a used vehicle I saw online.

Went to drive test drive a used vehicle I saw online. Liked the vehicle tried to negotiate a cash they wouldn't budget at all on the price. 3 days later they dropped the price by $548.

Great buying experience!

Great buying experience! We worked with Ivan Torres. He was patient and took the time to show us all the options, work on the pricing, and explained every option in detail to my father in law. Great experience, even heater salesman!

Terrible service, problems rarely get resolved and I feel

Terrible service, problems rarely get resolved and I feel like I am always being jerked around. Bought a Honda Civic years ago from Rick Case, thought buying a Kia would be a good idea. It is if you choose to get your service done elsewhere. Otherwise expect long periods of time where you are without a vehicle (or have to pay for a rental) and hope that your car actually gets fixed correctly. It’s not worth the stress. Lesson learned.

Only have one star because zero wasn’t an option.

Only have one star because zero wasn’t an option. This is the worst service station I have experienced in my life. The person they scheduled to be my agent (Robert Popola) apparently has never shown up to work. This is what the young lady (Julie Skaine) told me as she routed me to the gentleman by the name of Lorenzo Long (9 AM) who seemed annoyed to help me. I stood infront of him waiting to be helped for about 5 mins while he talk to another customer about his personal detailing. While I waited I asked another associate if anyone else could take me (5 service specials had no customers) he said no it had to be Lorenzo. When I was finally helped I was rushed and told the service I scheduled two weeks prior (fixing my rear TVs) could not be done because the technicians would need time time figure out why my tvs wouldn’t power on and they would not give me a loaner that long. He did say he would ask his manager for an exception on the loaner but returned with the news that they would/could not help. They did say my vehicle needed two recalls taken care of. When I asked why would they make an appointment to fix my TVs if they new the date chosen was not appropriate for the work that needed to be done he answered that the appointment line representatives don’t know anything about the services and that they mess up scheduling all the time. I told him well I don’t think that’s the customers fault or problem but he didn’t care. I had already taken the time off of work for my care to be serviced so I asked for them todo the recalls and try to see if it was a fuse or something for the TVs. I was told to just reschedule. Then I said to just do the recalls then since I already lost a day of work. He seemed annoyed and said he would call me at 2 PM when he was going home and Incould pick up as late as 6PM. By 3 PM I got no calls. So I called to see if everything was okay with my car. I got the customer service line. They have zero visibility on anything todo inside of the service center. They can only call the service center themselves and to my luck they got no answer from Lorenzo or his manager but said they would call me back. No one called so I called the number on Lorenzo’s card. He picked up and said he was with a customer and would call me back. At 5PM I came into the service center. Lorenzo had left and the gentleman I asked to help me asked why I came in if no one called me. He seemed very annoyed I just wanted to see if my car was ready especially since they closed at 6PM (1 hour later). He said my car showed as it was still being worked on but he would check with the mechanics. He left for about 5 mins and came back to say my car was not there. When he checked Lorenzo’s (who left) desk, my keys were left unattended or accounted for. He gave me my keys and walked away on the cashier to check out. I then waited in the checkout line for a service I didn’t have to pay for, at 530 PM and my TVs not even looked at. I will try Gunther Kia which is farther away from my home. I will actually drive past Rick case Kia to get to it but I will never go back to Rick Case Kia and recommend no one else does either based on my experience.

Exceptional experience.

Exceptional experience. Joe Benitez the Service Manager helped me purchase a new vehicle after realizing how Coral Springs KIA had just screwed me. Long story! The is the second new KIA I've purchased within five months. Sean Coleman my sales rep was exceptional also. Sean was very patient with me. I would recommend Rick Case of Sunrise to everyone!
