bought a 2024 Audi A5 in April.

bought a 2024 Audi A5 in April. purchased extended warranty items which I immediately canceled even though the items added $4,000 to my loan. Took 5 months to get refunded after multiple emails often without reply until the 3rd or 4th request. My worst car buying experience in 56 years of buying new cars. can't wait to get rid of the car and be done with Audi and the Ft Myers dealership.

I had a terrible experience purchasing a car from this

I had a terrible experience purchasing a car from this dealership. Once you've made the payment, you will never be able to contact their manager or salespeople again—especially Erika White and Zane LaPaugh. I have been asking them for my vehicle's registration and license plate information, but they simply do not respond and have a terrible attitude, completely different from before I made the payment. My temporary license plate has already expired, but they have not provided me with a new one. I would never recommend this place to friends for purchasing or servicing a car. They are the worst car salespeople I have ever encountered!

Chris is outstanding.

Chris is outstanding. I found the vehicle online and headed to Audi Fort Myers. Along the way I received a call from Chris, said I was on my way, we met and I drove home in my new car. Chris is highly professional, but also personable. It was an enjoyable experience thanks to him.

Purchased certified CPO 2019 Audi S5 Cabriolet a week

Purchased certified CPO 2019 Audi S5 Cabriolet a week ago. Check engine light already came on. Dropped off vehicle at the Service department. They proceeded to call the next day and state that the vehicle has a leak in the fuel pump and will fix under warranty. THEY ALSO said that the vehicle needs an allignment. I JUST PURCHASED THE VEHICLE A WEEK AGO AND ITS CERTIFIED WITH NEW TIRES... DO THEY NOT CHECK THE ALLIGNMENT? I called to speak with the Service department, Chris answered and stated that I could of hit a pot hole (if I owned the car more then a week that would make more sense ), and said there is not much they can do. Mind you there is not a scratch or dent or anything wrong with the tires. I stated I think that it is bogus, and Chris decided to hang up the phone on me, right in the middle of conversation. WOW ! First time buying an Audi. Definitely going to be the last time. I also have a 2018 CTS-V from Cadillac in Fort Myers, not once have I had a single issue or problem. Service there is amazing. What a shame, because we love the Audi. Honestly from the sales process to service department, it has been nothing but a headache.

We all put value on our time, so customer service in

We all put value on our time, so customer service in any business should always be priority. Audi-Fort Myers will exceed your expectations and the reason I continue to purchase every new vehicle, with the help of their incredible staff. I fortunately met Bryant Crowell at the dealership and never looked back. He is incredibly responsive, very professional and laser focused on my complete satisfaction. Naturally we must agree on options and price at some point, but after purchasing 4 cars in just 5 years, I can assure you he will deliver the desired results. Even Financing and Management follow up to make certain the experience was smooth and stress free. I have written before about the service department and again when Bryant was assigned to Naples for short while. Remember what I said about valuing time, if Audi generates multiple reviews (unsolicited) from a customer, please know there is both integrity and pride, in these words. Thanks Bryant, David an Erika, I will look forward to enjoying my Q5 and hope others also get to share in your talents.

Please run, scammers

If I could give a negative star I would. PATRICK MCGUNN is the biggest scammer I have ever seen. I got my check for a car through suncoast and I explained to him that I will not be financing through audi fort myers and he said that's fine. I even have emails to prove it. The car listed as 20,993 but I test drive it . It had small teenagers roaches inside and I want a sunroof so I tell him to get the car cleaned out and I will be checking out a few more cars so if I don't find anything I will come back. Moving forward we spoke via email and we came to a $20,000 deal . I went by start my transaction the next day as we agreed I have my check from Sun Coast . They offered my $200 for my car and told them that will never happen so he printed me a offer from Carmax that they will give me $2000 for my car. He showed me a final price out the door for $22, 797 included tax , dealer fee etc. He said being that I have my tags already it will come down to approximately $22,563. I left and sold my car to car max for $2000 , they sent someone to pick me up at Car max to take me back to the dealership, very cool guy, that was only my good experience there. When I reach back at Fort myers audi the figure change back to $22,990 . I was like ok, why did it change? He said he added the $200 he was going to offer me for my car , BUT it will go back down by $200 and some change being that I have my tags, fair enough. So when I presented my check through Sun coast which I already ran my credit score and got approved for my $20,000 check, I presented it, the check I got from car max which is $2000 and I would come up with the rest out of pocket , Patrick McGunn said he wanted my social security to run my credit. I said why would you want to run my credit? He said the don't take checks from Sun coast but the finance through them. I said but we agreed that I already have a check from them, why would u want to finance through them again? He said well you sold your car now and you need this one so things change. I was like this is not right, this company is a scam. I called the lender at Sun coast and he said do not give them your social, you just need to come up with a figure, sign the check n be out . PATRICK MCGUNN starting getting aggressive that he sold 19 cars over the past week and I am ediat stupid person and I should leave his dealership, I felt so embarrassed. So I walked out of audi fort myers ashamed with no car, I had to call my friend to come and get me to take me all the way back to Naples n now I have no car. The funny thing is I advertise my car to be sold online and as I exit the audi building I got a offer for $4000. So I lost an extra $2000 and no I have no car. I hope this rest on your conscience Patrick McGunn, that is if you have any.

We located the vehicle online, made an appointment and were greeter by McCartney. He had the vehicle ready to test drive and away we went. Brought it home the next day but noticed a concern with the brakes. They contacted me within the hour, brought in the car as scheduled and was out with a loaner within 15 minutes.I then received a video of the tech researching the concern. Who does that?! I was amazed at their level of detail. Picked it up with the concerns corrected the next morning. It was a great experience.

UPDATE 5/2 - Owner replies a standard message to all negative reviews but don't get fooled - they had the chance to make it right at multiple occasions and they will not. ----- The dash started melting which is covered but they dont want to cover it or say that Audi doesnt cover it - the explanation is that we used a cleaner on a little part of the dash that did that - ironically the dealer is the only one that washed my car and they use the permaplate product they had me purchase for a couple thousands. Stay away at all cost - go to Naples or any other audi dealership!

Charged me for fuel pump and it was NOT the problem, so i

Charged me for fuel pump and it was NOT the problem, so i took it back in the next day, they never called me after days so i called them. They said nothing was wrong with it i said yes it doesnt start 1st crank only after 2nd try punching the gas in the mornings everyday. They said its fine, i said ok il come and get it then if its fine, then he said let me see if tech will sign off on it, brian called back said they wanted to keep it. It was already there about 10 days or more at this point. Because the first 7 days i had them put new tires oil change and air filter in since chris said it was fuel pump. But It never was fixed, and i would not have bothered to spend all that money on an UNFIXED CAR. I WANT MY $$BACK FOR FUEL PUMP THAT DIDNT NEED TO B REPLACED!!! I ENDED UP TRADING IT IN THE SAME DAY I GOT IT BACK BECUZ IT WASNT FIXED. $3600. I SPENT ON A CAR that i wouldnt of bothered to get new tires on etc.. if i knew it wasnt gonna get fixed,, THEY LIED AND SAID MY FUEL PUMP WAS THE PROB. IM VERY MAD, THE GEAR SHIFT WAS CROOkED AND LEATHER HANDLE TORE APART when i got it back the 2nd time. I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. IM A SINGLE WOMAN AND WAS TOTALLY TAKEN ADVATAGE OF GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK FOR FUEL PUMP AND I WILL RESPECT U GUYS. ALSO I WAS CHARGED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE $19 BUCKS AND ANOTHER $9 BUCKS, ON CREDIT CARD. FOR WHAT?
