Derek, the sales manager, was terrific to work with, and Anthony in finance listened to exactly what we wanted and made it happen without trying to pressure us into something we didn’t want. What impressed us most was the complete lack of high-pressure sales tactics. There were no “this deal is only good today” pitches or pressure to make a decision before we were ready. They were professional, gracious, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle. I've always bought in Broken Arrow because of convenience to my house. But the sales manager gave me such a good deal that I thought it was worth it to drive to Midtown Kia. I brought my car in for an oil pan problem.That was under warranty, and Corey took great care of me. He is absolutely the perfect person to meet when you first walk in the service doors. Whoever put him in that position was spot on. Such a nice man.
