Never call back

Call him several times and he didn’t call back even once, honestly I wish I have the office number to let owner know brad sucks

Dishonest and lacks business integrity.

I bought an Audi A8L on Dec. 5, 2018, which I paid cash for from this dealership. I came from out of state and had been in contact with them for two weeks. I made a deposit on the car to hold it. I noticed from pictures a parking light was out that I asked Brad to fix, and also asked him to ensure the AC works properly. He told me he would do so. When I picked up the car, I again mentioned to him the light was out and he had the mechanic look at it for supposedly fix it while we finalized the deal. He said he checked the AC also. Well upon returning home I noticed the light wasn't fixed, and now I haveto pay at least $130.00 out of my own pocket to fix it. Not only that...now that the weather was finally warm enough to turn the AC on, I realized it doesn't work because it needed servicing. I contacted them and was told there's nothing they could do about it because it was too long since I bought the car, This is what I was trying to avoid, but due to the lack of integrity and business ethics by this company. Stay away from this dealer! Find an honest car sales company that does what they say to ensure the sale is done right.
