Bailey was my salesman and he was outstanding in every

Bailey was my salesman and he was outstanding in every way. Professional and exceptional attention to detail. Brandi in finance was super to deal with. You can tell she has been doing her job for a while now. Squared away and everything in order is her personal goal. She was exceptional. The best car buying experience I have ever had.

We were visiting the Crawford County Humane Society in

We were visiting the Crawford County Humane Society in Robinson Il. While we were there, our tire pressure monitor light went on. My husband found a nail in one of the tires, and the tire pressure was 22psi. We went to Silverthorne Ford to see if they could help us. These people could not have been nicer. They were going to patch the tire, but Geoffrey discovered some large cracks on the inside of the tire. We were shocked since we had just had our tires rotated by our mechanic, and he never said anything. Jordan was surprised the tire hadn't blown. It could have been a bad accident if the tire had blown while we were driving at highway speeds. Even though the mechanics were busy, they took the time to replace the damaged tire. Geoffrey inspected the other 3 tires, and the other 3 were beginning to get cracks in them as well. This is a Ford dealer and we have a Toyota, so it was really nice they were willing to help us instead of sending us elsewhere. We live in Minnesota and we're on our way back. We forgot to take pictures of the tire to show our mechanic. Makayla was nice enough to send us some photos. We were just so amazed at the kindness and customer service we were provided by everyone at the dealership. Jordan, Geoffrey, Makayla, and Bailey really stood out. Bailey spent a lot of time showing my husband the owner's Hellcat he was detailing while we waited. We couldn't have been happier with the service everyone provided. We would highly recommend you take your vehicle there if you need any service.

They use bait cars to lure you in and then try and sell

Friendly very helpful

Just bought a slightly used van there. They were very friendly, and helpful. No haggling on the prices. The finance lady there even worked extra to get us a better interest rate, just to help us. I would recommend.

Great techs and Advisors

Every time I bring my vehicle in they do a thorough job of looking my vehicle over and performing all my maintenance and repairs. The advisors do not perform any work before asking. The sales staff is very helpful too.
