Vehicle extremely unsafe to drive at night. Headlights bent back under hood, only making things visible about 10 feet in front of truck. Stopped returning my calls and addressing this unsafe issue. Unpleased with the lack of service and professionalism. I did my job and raised the issue, you do yours and honor the warranty.

Getting a car with AutoSavvy was easy
Jimmy Bryant was very easy to work with as was Christian (Manager) in getting a 2019 Tucson into my wife’s hands. She had been in a wreck recently and that car was totaled before we could even get it registered. They were very understanding in letting us take the car before the ins. Company gave me final payment.

The worst dealership ever
Worst place ever!!!!! I bought a 2018 dodge caravan with 69k miles on it. I took it in after 3k to get the oil changed. They told me it was a quart low of oil and there was oil all over the bottom of the engine. I took it into my local mechanic and they told me that it needs a oil cooler and also a full head job. I called several times to the dealership to try to figure out what the right thing to do. I have never had anyone call me back after several tries and this is absolutely the most ridiculous buying experience I have ever had. They asked me if I bought the extended warranty and I said I had not because I do not find any value in them and if they had actually done their 119 point check they would have known that the engine was bad. But instead they just pressure washed it. So there was no oil underneath it and I got stuck with a horrible vehicle that needs over $3,000 worth of work done to it. I have absolutely no idea how this dealership could hold a 4.5 Google rating and be this dishonest. The level of their dishonesty is appalling

Alejandro is an honest very well educated young salesman with the client in mind, and a person of integrity that my wife and I (in our 70’s ) feel quite comfortable with and have already recommended to a friend.
Alejandro is an honest, very well educated young salesperson. He is very personable and impressed both my wife and I of his honesty and integrity. Which I have already shared with a friend who is car shopping. This is our first experience with “Bonded Title Autos”, and this will probably be our “forever car”, so we have approached with caution, and Alejandro graciously put us at ease with his no hard sell approach.
