Let me tell you about Autosavvy.... Bought a 2022 GMC Canyon AT4 in June of 2024 for $33k. Truck required roughly $1600 in repairs where Autosavvy cut corners - truck runs fine now. Autosavvy will also try to sell you on the 3rd party extended warranty where there is only one shop in Colorado Springs to render any needed work and they suck. In addition, they will try to tack on the APEX and Sonic "security" junk; all in about $10k in add-ons. Now, if you're planning to keep the vehicle long term, might be good, but if not read on. In Jan 2024, I decided to trade the GMC in for a 2024 Ranger Raptor. Be aware, the trade value of these Branded title vehicles is garbage. Dealer will offer you 50% of what you paid, if that (Dealer offered $15.3k and CarMax $16k). So, I decided to ask Autosavvy to buy back the vehicle... Autosavvy offered $20k even. Keep in mind they sold it to me 6mo earlier for $33k (not including above mentioned add-ons). Lessons learned: 1) These vehicles are worthless after purchase 2) Any vehicle you buy here will require more repairs 3) Don't bother with any of the add-ons; all garbage 4) Autosavvy is the only dealer in town that can buy back your vehicle and they will buy it back at 40% less than the price they sold it to you for. Even after you've repaired the vehicle further.... Just to do it all over again with the same vehicle. The theme: 1 shop for repairs, 1 place to trade/buy back = Monopoly. 5) When asking about the previous damage to the vehicle, don't fall for the "we don't know, we only have acronyms". Simply type the VIN into Google search and click images to see the damage. The net: your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere and on a vehicle that will retain more of its value i.e. clean title vehicle. This place and it's business practices are horrible - Cheers!

We are not happy on how dealership handled the return of
We are not happy on how dealership handled the return of 2019 Nissan frontier. It stopped working on 3rd week. Dealership won’t accept full return with refund instead treated the lemon car as a trade. We did not plan to return if only we can drive the Nissan. We were not given a refund or credit of sales tax and Apex System that dealership tacked on to Nissan selling price. A total of about $ 3,500 that should have been refunded or credited We did not have a choice but to pick a 2nd car because the dealership is threatening us with repossession if we return the non working Nissan Frontier Orlando manager said we should register the vehicle with DMV even if we already returned. We never received notice of registration So far, no one from Auto Savvy would help us at all

Pls do not contact me if you will just reason your way out from the financial situation mentioned on my review. Only contact me if you will work out a refund. Nothing will suffice until we get the money back from the non working vehicle we returned and forced to get a replacement to avoid repossession

Great salesman, rocky start with a needed maintenance problem, customer service came through ,thanks for the help, will consider buying another vehicle for my personal use in the future, all in all they did get my problem taken care of and would recommend them to other potential customers
