I recently bought my first car, and Kadeejah as well as the management made my first car buying experience amazing!! They were very professional but extremely fun to work with! Definitely recommend asking for Kadeejah if you’re looking to buy!

My wife recently left Mazda of Fort Walton Beach after an oil change and noticed her car interior smelled like gas. When I arrived home after work, the entire garage reeked of gasoline, as did the inside of her car. I opened the hood and discovered that the oil cap had not been replaced after the oil change. Oil and gas had spewed out of the crankcase and covered the engine room. This could have easily caused an engine fire, not to mention the internal damage that might have already occurred after losing that much oil. I am livid that my wife’s safety was risked because of this negligence. Figure it out, Mazda. You have lost our business.

The sales staff was professional and not excessively

The sales staff was professional and not excessively pushy, as well as extremely helpful as they navigated me through their existing stock in a friendly manner. The vehicle I purchased fits my needs perfectly. A few weeks after purchasing my CX-5, I ran over a nail on a city road. The service department squeezed me in the very next day and repaired the problem quickly and painlessly. Of course, this is the experience I've always gotten at Mazda of FWB's Service Department and is probably the number one reason I chose to purchase my vehicle there.

Was having a rear brake problem.

Was having a rear brake problem. I went to the parts department and talked to Donnie. He immediately recognized my problem, sold me the correct part and a few hours later my car was good as new I highly recommend mazda FWB.

Worst dealership and Service Department!!!!

When I bought my car from them they would not work with me on the price at all. They cheated me on my trade in. Every time I need service it is impossible to get any from them. I left my car there on Thursday evening for an appointment on Friday morning at 8:30. To fix a car that’s under warranty that my air conditioner went out at 31000. Miles. I wasn’t offer a rental they have had my car a week and every time I call the won’t let you talk to a service person or give you any information about your vehicle. So after 6 days a day late from when they said it would be ready, I get a text saying that they received the part Tuesday morning but my technician is out and we will try to get it to you by Thursday afternoon. This is the absolute worst place to buy a car. And even worse about getting it worked on. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible!

I bought my very first Mazda from this dealership and the process couldn't have been easier. Anthony Hall was very knowledgable and personable. He had the car waiting for me when I got there, he navigated me through all the steps of the car buying process from calling to confirm my appointment to the moment I drove off the lot. He even had me meet the service department - just to say hi. He's the prime example of a dedicated and exceptional salesperson. Additionally the entire staff were very welcoming and helpful. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the dealership.
