Brett Ostrow of MDI is a dishonest scammer.

I would rate this dealership as zero stars if I could. Its actually not even a dealership. Just a guy with a fancy dealer name cheating people out their money for profit. So I bought an SUV from MOTORSPORT DYNAMICS INTERNATIONAL for a price that was above retail due to all the upgrades and the excellent condition (supposedly) of the vehicle as told to me by the salesperson. It was an online vehicle transaction as I am several states away. The vehicle in question is not a commonly found vehicle so I cautiously proceeded with the transaction asking very specific vehicle condition questions along the way. The salesperson concluded with me that the vehicle is in excellent condition and that everything on the vehicle was in working condition. Completed transaction and had it delivered. Initial reaction was excitement as it looked as good in real life as it did in the pictures and video. However all that changed once I got in it and drove it. This vehicle has major suspension issues that makes it completely unsafe to drive. And there are more things that DON'T work than do work. Almost everything I specifically asked Brett Ostrow at MOTORSPORT DYNAMICS INTERNATIONAL about to make sure it functioned properly did not work even a little. Most of which are major expenses which make the vehicle so over priced that I will never get even a portion of my money back out of it. The list of issues that were specifically discussed and lied about: very hard to start, engine oil leaks, major suspension issues that deem it undrivable, tires rub excessively when turning, check engine light. Items that DO NOT work that were claimed to work: 4WD, air conditioning, power windows, radio, electric seats, rear hatch opening, and much more. MOTORSPORT DYNAMICS INTERNATIONAL which is owned by Brett Ostrow is very unprofessional and dishonest. Don't do business with this company.

Place sucks

Drove 7 hours to buy an excursion, before coming, he attempted to get me to do online contract, and sign the deal even before coming, I explained that I want to see and drive first. He said zero issues, it's ready to go, just go ahead and do paperwork, then I'm in and out, no way was I doing that. Took off work, my sister as well, drove from ga all the way, 8 hours, he had driven it to fill with fuel, I get in and start it, the temperature gauge for the transmission, pegged out of the red, hot as xxxx, then I smelled antifreeze, no way was I buying it, he had the nerve to say we could pay for the vehicle, then he would fix it and ship it to me.i threw the keys in the seat, and explained how I was not buying nothing from him and he and his mechanic were full of xxxx and I better leave before it gets ugly. Stay away from this crook, he is a pathetic looser and liar. All together my sister and myself are out 1400.00, loose of income, fuel and food., If I have anything to do with it, he will be out of business before all this ends.

Waiting for DMI to do the right thing

Just sent this email to Brett @ MDI in Pompano Beach, Fla. who sold me this 2002 Ford F250 2 weeks ago... "Hello Brett, this 02 Ford F250 truck is NOT going to pass Va State Inspection because it has a right front turn signal out and front suspension was dangerously loose and needed to replace both tie rods and track bar at $1500(I have the receipts) to PASS state inspection. Also, you never said that the ABS light is on most of the time in the dash. Also delivered with oil dripping from the oil pan drain onto my driveway. The driverside stepbar is very loose and barely held on with rusted bolts that won't tighten. IMO, I don't consider these unmentioned things to be professional carsales behavior and feel like I was taken advantage of. I would appreciate your response on how you are going to make this right before I leave my experience in many reviews, thanks."

xxxxxxx Dealers!!!!!!

These guys are xxxxxxxx!!!!! Purchased a Porsche Cayenne from them for $16,000. We got it shipped to us. Brett Ostrow reassured us there were no issues with the vehicle. As soon as they started it on the carrier it was misfiring. The headliner on the car was hanging. And the air suspension is faulty - which showed on the alert in the first couple minutes of driving it. They cleared the codes before sending it to us in an attempt to hide any issues. He refuses to return any of our calls. Note that he doesn't answer the phone when you call him but will call you back if you enquire about a vehicle. We tricked him by doing this and he called us back, when we said who we were he hung up! DON'T BUY FROM THESE xxxxxxxx AND ENCOURAGE THEIR DISHONESTY!!!!!!

Range Rover

The car was exactly as described and the process was very easy. A very friendly gentleman Brett helped me throughout the whole buying process. I would come back here again to shop.

Easy Process & Great Car

I feel in love with the car of my dreams but of course it was across the country. All I had to do was call, and I'm sure glad I did. The team at Motorsport Dynamics made the entire process seamless, and my BMW arrived in less than a week, over 1000 miles away, exactly as described. Their level of expertise is unmatched.
