    After 2 hours they told me they couldn't do an alignment. They said I needed to purchase a new Tire monitor system for $350 on a 1 year old $65000 truck.... They left candy bar wrappers in my vehicle, and didn't mark the net service date/mileage... I left and went directly to another Chevy dealer who fixed everything within a few minutes, including the Tire Monitor System, at NO CHARGE because of what I went through @ Williams. They just don't know what they are doing.

    I just moved to the area and was looking for a Chevy dealership for both my wife's car ('16 Cruze) and mine ('13 Equinox). The service dept is professional,... courteous and very efficient. When its time for our next car, we'll certainly look first at Williams Chevy when we go shopping.

    Last week I proactively looked under my brand new 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD LTZ truck to ensure everything was tip top. I am about to start a new... career pulling RV's and I want to take every step to ensure the longevity of this investment. I am aware that sometimes issues arise on new models. At the same time it's important that both myself, the dealership and GM receive the same respect. Upon my inspection I noticed multiple places wet with oil. I took pictures and video of the problems and shared those with the Williams Chevrolet team. They scheduled me an appointment, and inspected the issue. They added dye to the crankcase and instructed me to drive 500 miles to properly circulate the dye so as to trace the leak. I added the necessary mileage, they reinspected the issue and decided the first step would be to replace the front crankshaft seal and bolts. It was done as soon as possible and the truck was returned to me within a week. The next day a friend broke down off roading in PA and asked if I could tow him. I was excited to finally get to test this beautiful machines towing capability. I explained I needed to inspect the service done to remedy the oil leak and I would be happy to accept the paying job. Unfortunately, upon my inspection, after 18 miles drive time since pick up, the oil was leaking from the same points. The Williams team hasn't skipped a beat. They scheduled another appointment ASAP. I will be taking the truck back again tomorrow at 8 am so they may attempt to remedy this issue. I am grateful for Williams Chevrolet's determination to remedy this issue.

    Let's start by saying due to a lack of experience, I have always driven used Ford's. With that in mind my wife and I were looking for the absolute best... deal for the vehicle best suited for my new career as a fifth wheel hauler. I assumed looking into new F-350's leftover from 2019 would give us the best price for new equipment. So much so, that we almost never looked into the Chevrolet Silverado Duramax LTZ 3500HD. We thought it was out of our reach. When I first walked into the Ford dealership, the first thing I asked was "what if any are the differences between the 2019 and 2020 F-350's?" The sales rep stated "they are both 6.7's, the same truck." After I attempted to negotiate the price to the best deal possible blind to the facts I sat down and started my research. First comparing the 2 Ford's. Upon finding many differences my confidence in Ford was shaken. It was at this point I began to research the Silverado Duramax 3500HD. To my surprise, due to sales and rebates the 2020 was only around $600 more than the 6 speed 2019 F-350. Since I was looking for a vehicle for a specific skill set it seemed a no brainier to go with the 2020 Chevy. When we arrived we met Nick, he was kind, informative and if he couldn't answer a question he was motivated to find the answer. He was obviously geared towards helping us to get what we needed. Considering the all new 10 speed Allison Transmission brought us to look at these beautiful trucks it seemed like everything was aligning for us. My wife and I already agreed that this would be our truck. Between Nick and Will we got all of the I's dotted and T's crossed and the truck was ours! Little did we know, not only did we get the machine we needed but we also got one of the most technologically advanced machines on the market. My wife and I are both overwhelmed to be a part of the Chevy Family. No matter if from the boy scouts, the United States Marines or our Papa, Jim Wetzel, we have continued to learn and practice to "always be prepared". As we sat at Nick's desk and he typed in our address Janel's dad's name popped up on the computer screen. He was an intelligent consumer. It took a lot for him to buy anything let alone a new car. So when we saw his name pop up, we knew he was giving us a thumbs up from heaven. We love our new truck and when it's time for the next one we will be back. Thank you for everything.     The service team was great. Dan (parts) discovered another part that would help save me money, as the part itself is generally expensive. Although they... said several hours, it only took 2-3!!!!!!!!!!!!! They inspected the car and found another problem, which will be repaired at a later date (didn't have enough money at the time)! The only problem was the lack of internet service (not WIFI, but computer). Someone had misused the computer, and something had expired, so it was unusable. But the WiFi worked!!!!!!!!!!! Minor issue.
