Disappointing Service Dept.

Service dept. is getting worse and worse. I had an appointment for a oil change and i also had some type of fuel leak. Dropped off my Tahoe and then got a call around 2pm stating that they haven't been able to bring my car in yet. that's the second time they've done this to me. Don't know why we need an appointment if they're not going to bring in your car on the day of the appointment. Also it took them 4 days to return my car. UNACCEPTABLE. So mad, may not ever return to Williams service again.

Excellent service, Nathen walked me through the entire process and did everything he could to get the vehicle I wanted to me as quickly as possible. I was completely satisfied with the entire process and Will was incredibly helpful and informative with helping us understand our warranty and obtain additional coverage. I will be utilizing Williams Chevrolet for all of my needs moving forward. Thank you!

Scott Cartwright of Williams Chevrolet

Scott Cartwright was easy to deal with. There were no pressure tactics, instead a calm assurance of his knowledge in Chevrolet. He took time to teach me the features of Chevrolet Equinox, and wanted me to be comfortable with all the details! Highly recommend Scott and Williams Chevrolet!
