Snacks and drinks for my kiddos as we waited to pick up a car to test drive. They had it ready off the lot in 30 mins. We drove it for 2 days and loved... the car. It was bare bones(no bells and whistles). We wanted a little more and wanted to check other places out even though my family had always gone to Kulp. On the way out Denise actually told us that this is a lot of money, you should 100% love the car you are buying, and told us we needed to shop around. *shocked* She even offered to hold the car for 3 days to let us shop around and think about it. *shocked* After searching around we couldn't even come close to Kulp's prices. We called back to set up another look. This time I came with questions. I wanted to know if they could add features to the car...backup camera, bluetooth, floor mats, remote start, etc. She actually handed me the auto body shop number and told me I could call and talk with them to get upgrade specific pricing. That way I could tell them exactly what I wanted. I called Denise back and told her the upgrades that I wanted with the pricing they gave. I asked her what Kulp's markup of the upgrades would be. She told me they do NOT markup work. Especially when the work isn't done by Kulp. *super shocked* Once again I was amazed at Kulp and their service. We had been given a price that was 6k less than anywhere around and that included all the upgrades we were paying for!!! I will never go anywhere else again. Ever. Car repairs too. Most honest mechanics around!!!
I tried repairs my Nissan NV 200 on limreck 422 Nissan dealership,has orange tinny spot. Dealship located 1 hour from my home, I am requsted rental car... Because I need go back to work and specific time 6-7 am, we was agreed 7 :30 am on Monday, which is not good for me! I was asked manager from Nissan what kind car I was get - he sad I have no idea we used difrent company not Nissan provided rentals. I got call from kulp car rental and we start applied process by phone, I am requested sendme contract of rental car But person from company keept told me ,we can't do it! I was send my all information (copy, credit card, registration, insurance) to company, I tried to requst send me contract before used my credit card - person from company sad no we can't send contract, I am asked speak with superwiser and was conected to him. He sad : we can't help you and please find another company for rent car! I checked my account 50 $ was hold ! I tried call back requested my money back and send me some confirmation email with number of return money back and I was got answer : we can't not send any conformation! My money still on hold !
It was a no pressure purchase. They make sure you are totally happy before you decide to buy. We will definitely check with them before going somewhere... else to purchase our next vehicle for the church.
