Not A Good Experience.

I made an appointment to view a vehicle listed on this website. They had 26 hours advanced notice. I drove an hour one way to see this vehicle and I waited an hour there. The vehicle wasn't there. It was taken to get "fluids." That should've already been done in advance. My appointment wasn't until late afternoon. After an hour I was finally informed that there was a problem with the "fuel sensor," that would only cost $10 to repair and I could view the vehicle another day. I don't know much about vehicles, but I do know that something they were telling me would be so inexpensive and simple to fix shouldn't have prevented them from at least showing me the vehicle. The woman I dealt with was kind. However, I wasted 3 hours of my time and gas because no one could be up front and honest with me. No one notified me before my appointment (and I was in continual contact throughout that day with them) to let me know to post pone the visit. No one told me when I got there that there was a problem and instead decided to wait an hour to tell me. Finally, they didn't show me the vehicle because of a "fuel sensor." I would've understood -- Let me see the vehicle and decide for myself if it's worth a repeat trip. Instead it was hidden.
