We needed to purchase a used car after one of ours got totaled. We went to several other dealers first after finding cars online, only to be disappointed, frustrated, and angered by in-your-face salesmen. This was absolutely NOT the case at Prestige Mortorworks. The car we identified matched the online listing and descriptions perfectly and the price was fair. One of the owners, Jay, showed us the car and it was a very pleasant experience. There was no pressure, and no typical used car sales talk or tricks. When we made the decision to buy the car, they had it cleaned and detailed perfectly prior to our arrival. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend Prestige Motorworks.

I usually dread the process of buying a car but Jay made it a pain free and even pleasant and happy experience. I felt Jay and Jonathan were honest, trustworthy and good people. I would surely not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Like a lot of people, I figured I would go to the "Big" dealers, because they have a lot more resources when it comes to financing. Well......I could not be more wrong, after getting the run around from the larger dealers and one that is on tv and claims they can get everyone approved, I came away from that experience very dejected, had driven by Prestige a number of times and and had admired the fact they had a great selection and the quality was outstanding. My wife kept saying they were out of our league but I figured I would give them a shot.........could not be happier that I did!! Jay and Jonathan are excellent, no pressure, honest, never told me a bunch lies, have taken care of any little things that have come up with the car that were not noticed to begin with. I have already stared telling people to go to them and have even decided to go through them when I trade in my other vehicle to upgrade! They have earned my respect and loyalty as a business and treated me with such, if you are on the fence and are just sick of the slick talking sales guys.....give Prestige a chance, you will be glad you did!!!

They were extremely nice and took me seriously even though I am young. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends. By far the best dealership I have ever been to.

If you are looking for a quality used car in the Concord/Charlotte or surrounding area, then look no further. After searching their website and finding the car I wanted, I called in and set up a time I could come in and drive the car and purchase it. The management was willing to work with me and my work schedule. They had me in and out in less than an hour. There was no pressure to buy or haggling from them. It really was a joy and honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car!

Overall the buying process of Prestige Motorworks was awesome! I do not think that I could have asked for a more friendlier staff. The buying process was quick and simple. All the paper work was done before I even arrived, all that was needed was a signature!
