I own a 2021 Lincoln Aviator that I recently had serviced

I own a 2021 Lincoln Aviator that I recently had serviced and everything always runs smoothly when I bring in my Lincoln. Specifically, I want to acknowledge James, who “mans” the Service desk and is always pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. I live about 50 minutes away; however, a loaner is always available and on my recent scheduled service, George promptly returned my fixed car and was extremely cordial on the car exchange. Since I bought the Lincoln new two years ago at Herb Chammbers Lincoln of Norwood, I have always been very satisfied with the Service Department and my last visit was no exception! Thank you and kudos to the Staff!

You won't find a more personable sales rep who cares more about her clients than Brooke! I had such a great experience working with her! She was excellent, answered all my questions, and guided me in the right direction. I couldn't have been happier with the experience I had.

What a wonderful experience we had with Ryan as our sales

What a wonderful experience we had with Ryan as our sales consultant! He was very knowledgeable and responsive. It was clear that he valued our time and followed up with us. After years of owning another brand we were thankful that Mike C in parts recommended a Nautilus to us. We are thrilled with our purchase.

Terrible customer service .

Terrible customer service . As previous reviews state they put their customers at risk of driving illegally after the 7 days and don’t care. They also sell vehicles that have serious issues. Make sure you take any vehicle used to a mechanic before purchasing! My vehicle had a loose transmission hose and blown speakers that the service department somehow missed. As a woman you are treated like you don’t know what you’re talking about and are taken advantage of. I live hours away and brought my used vehicle to them within the 30 days to be fixed and still have an issue. This is an issue that vehicle had after driving off the lot new. They don’t want to fix and at this point I don’t trust what they say .
