very bad experience

It is with great concern and disappointment that I write this email. On December 1st I leased a Gray Tiguan SE from your dealership Not only the car came with a huge stain spot on the pilot’s front door but it also came with scratches in several places (please see pictures X and Y attached). Politely I reached out to the dealership and my “new” car was taken back to the dealership to be repaired and I was left with a replacement vehicle that didn’t match my expectations as it was very dirty. My car came back and the scratches on the bumper were fixed. However, there were other scratches that remained intact (see pictures A and Z attached) as well as the stain on the pilot’s front door. Before my car was picked up, I took it to the car wash so that the scratches could be seen clearly. When I got the car back, it was dirty in the inside. The worst part is that my car came back with more than 200 miles than it had. This is unacceptable as I only have 10,000 miles/year and this represents 25% of what I can drive monthly. I would like to speak with you and see what are the options that I have regarding the extra miles you put on my car and get a document stating that you are aware of the stains and scratches and I will not be charged for it when I have to return the car. Lastly, my deal was that you guys were going to cover the last four payments of my old lease. Unfortunately, my credit card was charged by Honda on Dec 5th. I’m truly dissatisfied with the experience of leasing in your dealership, it’s been a pain so far.

engine light Fix

Brought the car in at 730 AM with an engine light warning sign. Was on the road by 900 am. Dominic and team did a great job. Everything covered by warranty as well!

Timely and friendly

From start to finish all the staff were so nice. Reggie was my first contact and kept me updated through the process. He was friendly, joyful and knowledgeable. Those traits are hard to find in the Customer Service industry in South Florida!

Long way from home...

I was traveling from Massachusetts when I had car issues. I stopped at Gunther Volvo despite not having an appointment, and they were able to help me despite being super busy. Dominick was great, explained everything to me along the way, and got me through what could have been a real mess. The shuttle driver was polite and friendly. Overall a great experience. Thank you all for great service.

Yearly check up and recalls.

Wasn't very happy this time. This is my 4th lease with Volkswagen. I guess it wasn't stressed on my recent lease of the Tiguan how important it was to have my coupon book available. I have never had to show a coupon on any of my checkups for my leases. Just recently my mother became ill and I have a bunch of her belongings in my SUV. Pretty sure the booklet is somewhere among all of her things. Basically told if I couldn't find it day of appointment I would have to pay full price. I paid full price but not happy since this never happened before and my last 2 leases are with Gunther.

Fixed a leaky tire really fast

This dealership took my car in immediately and the service advisor was very friendly. He even had my car washed while it was in. Definitely returning to this dealership!

Service all around

I LoVe VW and would never look at another car. I had all kinds of cars before-Mercedes (the worst), Audi, Infiniti, Bmw, etc....VW service is truly the best, most efficient, and most convenient. Once you drive up, they begin working on your car! In the past, I would wait days for the same service. The courtesy guy was great too!!!
