We bought our 2020 Honda over the web using Edocuments. Salesman was perfect. Our car needed 1 repair and it was completed without hassle and before delivery.

Everyone very professional and helpful.

Everyone very professional and helpful. I was told on the phone that appointment would take 2 hours when I checked in I was told 4. The gal working with me said let’s see what we can do. Sure enough she got me otta there little over 2 hours. Pretty awesome!

I just wanted say I have had the best service experience

I just wanted say I have had the best service experience from honda of fife. I first went to thus dealership to buy a 22 Honda civic sport touring. I had bad experience with sales. I bought 22 civic from south tacoma honda. Loved the sales department. I needed to have my new car serviced so I took it to Honda of south tacoma. I first was received very nicely. Checked the car in. With in 15 mins I was called to the front desk. I was told that since I had messed with mu own car they would not fix it under the warrenty. Ok no problem I took my car and drove to Honda of fife. Very wonderful staff at service department was very warm. I had installed an aftermarket bass speaker and replaced a fuse with a non low profile fuse. Honda of fife was super honest and explained that I had accidentally damaged a wire. Ok no problem. They quoted me a price and I agreed to the price. Car was fixed. Ok next time I went to Honda of fife oil change. Once again great service and they even honored a coupon I had from south tacoma honda. I really want say enough great things about this service department. Had 2 recalls on my 22 Honda civic. Both of these recalls handled very professional and quick.
