Good experience

2014 Dodge Grand Caravan...love it!

I had been researching for a reliable used vehicle for a month and a trustworthy dealership. After reading so many glowing reviews on Biscayne Auto Sales, I decided to go there as they also had the car I wanted to see. Price was perfect for me, too! I called for availability and Charlie (the sales rep) was so pleasant and said “come on over!”. After chatting with Charlie and a test drive, I knew this was the car for me! The detail work is pristine! Car looks brand new! The entire process was painless and I was driving away the next day. Charlie even researched the remote starter fob so I knew how to operate it. He also had a couple very minor issues quickly corrected to make sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. Kathryn is awesome and got my loan application approved. Jim, the owner is easy to chat with as well. If I could rate them a 10 star, I would!! Very down to earth, friendly folks! I will definitely refer them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Best experience ever!

Complete Disappointment

I purchased a 2003 Dodge Ram from them that had some leaks that needed to be repaired. They had it for a week so I assumed that all leaks were repaired. When I got the truck home it left 2 puddles in my concrete driveway, nothing was repaired. I put 3 quarts in the transmission and a new oil seal that cost me $53. I then checked the transfer case and it had no oil in it so I had it towed to the local repair shop for another round of seal and gasket replacements. They did not do anything to the truck as far as the leaks I had stated that I wanted repaired.

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated

I bought a 2005 Chevy Silverado from then as a present for my self for my birthday, truck was beautiful. On the drive home to Canandaigua witch is only a 35 min drive the engine light came on and I got home and ran the codes. The code that I pulled was for a engine knock sensor, took the truck back and it was fixed, this is where the problems start, Biscayne only replaced the sensor, if you talk to a certified Chevy mechanic you are required to replace both sensors and the wiring harness for them. After the truck was delivered the front end was rammed into a snow bank and there we foot prints all over the front of my truck, the said it’s because the mechanic is really short, that’s not quality work to me it’s pure laziness and unprofessional. Thought that was the end of it and i would have a good truck.....NOPE, a few days later the breaks on the truck started acting up so I took it to my local shop and the pulled all 4 tires off and there was nothing left of the break pads and the CERTIFIED mechanic said there is no way the truck should have passed inspection. So once again the truck went back to Biscayne and got only rear break pads. On my way to a family Christmas party the alternator went and killed the battery and left me on the side of a thruway 300 miles drone Canandaigua, I fixed the alternator and got back on my way. To me this has been the worst experience ever with a dealer, they were giving me a hard time about the whole situation and gave no effort into doing quality work. To this day the truck is still in and out of shops getting repaired, today it has a horrible oil leak and I have yet to drive this truck 3000 miles Spence I bought it, it’s very annoying, i need this truck to get to and from school and work. I’m just extremely disappointed. I am only 18 and and Im a senior, this has been the worst experience I have had with a dealer. ~Sean Quigley

unbelievable dealership

I hate buying cars because it's the worst investment you can make and I don't trust anybody, especially used car dealerships and the salesmen. But Biscayne has changed all that , I and my family are very grateful to Biscayne auto sales for everything they did for us! You guy's are awesome. You have our business from now on and you also have our trust (not a easy thing for me) you went above and beyond what you had to do for us. Thank you so much Charlie and Jim for a awesome truck and a awesome experience buying a used vehicle!
