i was looking for a truck to work with, im a car transporter so i went looking for a ford f350 online and i found adelsa, the staff is very gentle, the finance process was amazingly fast. i test a ford f350 that they had on sale at the moment, and the truck was running very good just a needed a few repairs , when i asked about the cost, they told me that the repairs goes on the house and gave me a relief, after the repairs the car never broke, or have to come back to adelsa, so far one year later i still happy with the service. if you are looking for a working truck this is definitely the place

They totally screwed me over with a totally high interest rate and the car was in terrible shape they didn’t want to fix anything put me off for months to later tell me something m pass the warranty then sold my contact off because I kept coming for repairs that they promised to fix then to top it of I went to go get my tag renewed and found out they had a hold on me from doing so when they don’t have the loan anymore I won’t recommend anyone to ever shop there they are totally unfair to the customers stay away from this place and if you do shop there make them document everything please I got a 10,000 dollar car put almost 4 k into it within 6 months of ownership still have problems with the car payment they are the worst stay away

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I WORKED WITH JESSIE AND HE WAS THE MOST RUDEST SALES PERSON EVER. FIRST HE WANTED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME BECAUSE I CAME ALONE, IM A FEMALE AND MY CREDIT WASN'T THE BEST. HE WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO TEST DRIVE THE CAR UNTIL I RAN THE NUMBERS, THEN WHEN MY PARENTS WANTED TO COME TO LOOK AT THE VEHICLE HE RUSHED ME TO MAKE MY DOWN PAYMENT AND RUSHED FOR THE SALE, HE DIDN'T WAIT HE ACTUALLY LEFT THE OFFICE AND PASSED ME TO HIS PARTNER JOSE WHO WAS MORE HORRIBLE THAN HIM. THEY TOLD ME I WAS APPROVED BUT TO FIND OUT I REALLY WASN'T APPROVED WHEN THE BANK CALLED ME THAT MONDAY MORNING, I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE APPROVAL PROCESS WITH THE BANK WHICH THANKFULLY THEY WERE SO EASY TO DEAL WITH. I WAS OFFICIALLY APPROVED 4 DAYS LATER FROM THE BANK . AFTER 10 DAYS OF HAVING MY CAR. JESSE / ALDESA CALLED ME REQUESTING ADDITIONAL MONEY 1,000 OR HE WOULDN'T SEND MY PAPERWORK IN FOR THE DEAL. HE STATED THAT I MADE HIM LOOK BAD SO HE NEEDS MORE MONEY, THEN STATED THAT THE BANK WAS REQUESTING MORE MONEY, THAT HE WILL AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCT FROM THE PAYMENT METHOD THAT I PROCESSED MY INFORMATION WITH PREVIOUSLY , I BECAME UPSET SO THE MANAGER JOSE GOT ON THE PHONE AND TOLD ME I OWED THEM 1,000 SO I DISCONNECTED THE CALL BECAUSE SOMETHING DEFINITELY DIDNT SOUND RIGHT AND CONTACTED THE BANK THAT I WAS APPROVED THROUGH AND THEY TOLD ME THAT MY DEAL WAS FINALIZED AND THAT I DIDN'T OWE THEM ANY MORE MONEY, THAT THIS DEALERSHIP IS “DOING SOMETHING CALLED A 10 DAY REPO. WHERE THEY WILL ASK FOR MORE MONEY WITHIN THE 10 DAYS OF YOU GETTING YOUR CAR JUST TO POCKET MORE MONEY!!!!! THE NEXT DAY THE DEALERSHIP AUTOMATCIALLY TOOK 500 FROM MY CARD , SO I WENT UP TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY BACK AND SAID SORRY I DONT KNOW THAT THE PAYMENT WAS PROCESSED . ITS ILLEGAL! THANK GOD I KEEP EVERYTHING ON FILE. THEN MY TAG. I WENT BACK TO PICK UP MY TAG ON THE 31ST DAY! THERE WAS NO TAG TO BE FOUND, NO REQUEST NO NOTHING. ITS NOW BEEN 2 MONTHS AND I FINALLY GOT MY TAG AND THE DEALERSHIP IS A PIECE OF xxxx ANS WILL xxxx YOU OVER! PLEASE DONT GO HERE! THEY LIE IN YOUR FACE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY 💴

These people are full of xxxx told me on the phone come in they got me approved I traveled 2 hours only to be told they couldn’t do it customer service was trash and the person who lied wasn’t there

I had spent Hundreds of dollars within a few days going from place to place to get a car and no one would approve me because my credit is not that great and I am the only one working in my household. I heard about this place online and figured why not try it. I went on a Sunday and even though the banks were all closed they have their own financing department and I got approved. I was in shock. Also they were asking me to put down about $500 more than I had at the moment which is what I expected to put down anyway but they helped me with the extra by letting me come back and pay it off over 30 days. Which helped alot because I was also moving into a new place and needed that for a deposit.

The Management and staff here are not just selling and trading cars, they create exceptional Memorable Experiences for their customers. I submitted my credit application on line trying to find a car for my son's 18th birthday and in less than two minutes i received a call from David. He was very professional and made buying a car much easier. He invited me to come on down to the dealership and take a look and he assisted me in finding the perfect car for my son's birthday. The entire staff at Adelsa value their customers and move heaven and earth to ensure customer satisfaction is met at the highest level. Franklin is an unsung hero who provide an atmosphere of feeling at home, a very caring gentleman who went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. He deserve promotion and a raise too. Edgar is the boss who finds time out of his busy schedule to interact with his customers and ensure all his customers needs are met. I am very happy i came in contact with Adelsa Auto they have now formed part of my family. I have zero regrets going there.

The minute I walked in to this dealership, I knew I was un the right place! Excellent friendly staff. Nobody trying to rip you off but, help you with what's suitable for you. I've been to many dealerships and I must say never have I been made felt so comfortable. I brought my car from there and would recommend all to do the same. Such a tiny place. Nothing fancy but, yet so much love and attention from everyone in there. Edgar is a very kind loving father who understands people's financial situations and goes above and beyond to help those in nees. Love them all dearly. Run to Adelsa Auto. You wont regret it!!!

RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS PLACE!! The worst customer service! The worst location! How can people call this place a dealership!! What an embarrassment to the industry! Shame on you all!!
