The biggest robbery they have ever committed against me, they charge me $140 to tell me things that I already know. and they didn't give me an answer for what I actually came to check, on the phone they tell you one thing and in person they tell you another. I have nothing against anyone but they need better service in these places for the prices they charge

Car in 3 times for noise in front end. Video was sent, took technician for ride. Heard noise but failed to fix it. Charged me to re torque front wheels. No diagnostic capability at all. Didn't get loaner vehicle, had to use vacation day. Did not accommodate me. Should get refund for not fixing the problem. How can you charge someone for not fixing the problem? Worst dealership I was ever at!

I was able to get an appointment in 5 days of my call to get both front control arm bushings replaced with an alignment on my 2017 Forester. Everything worked out well and was done quicker than I expected.
