Madison Harlow and Marcus Santos absolutely got the job done. I arrived at 9 and left by 3 p.m. Financed in my 2023 X4 M30i. It was an early birthday present. I was focused on a very specific car for our needs. I thought I had found one at Keeler, and Shafiq and Don went out of their way to assist me in determining if this was the right car for our family. Purchased my new X1 with Dustin Jewitt as my advisor. He was very thorough and answered my many questions. He kept me informed throughout the entire process (from tracking the build to closing the deal). During the finance process, he was great about asking questions to find us rebates and discounts. Just purchased another BMW X3 … as always service was great. We were helped by Jesse Bush this time and he guided us through the process, especially all the new technology. Jesse is an easy going guy who made us comfortable with all aspects of completing the deal. He is very knowledgeable on the vehicles and clearly described and explained the various features. Very responsive to our questions and put his answers in ways we could understand and relate to. Also, Ronnie Conover was very helpful in listening to what we were looking for in a new X3 and finding the vehicles that matched and introducing us to Jesse. And also to Augie Prager who got us started with a test drive and a lot of info in an earlier visit to the dealership. First bought a BMW at Keeler in 1996 - also a Honda or 2 and 3 Mercedez - will no doubt return the next time we are shopping for a vehicle.

Purchased a pre-owned M4 here last year that had tinted windows. Now a year later they refuse to inspect that car even though they sold me the car in the exact same condition as purchased and admitted to inspected it that way before selling it. Won't ever return after this. Now i have to deal with getting it removed or find someone else to inspect which is gonna be basically impossible. Also service prices are insane. Would never get another service here.

On October 11th I went for a flat tire for service. I scheduled and called ahead of time and I was told to drop it off a 1 pm. They said that had somehow ordered the wrong tires. I didn’t have any way to get back home. I requested for a loaner and they said we had an incident before and that’s why I can’t take a loaner. The incident was under my name not my sons and o told them the car I brought was under my son’s name. They didn’t give a loaner regardless. I ended up getting a ride from my friend to come home. I came back later around 5 pm Monday to pick my car up. I wanna let you people know I’ve bought 5 cars from them. One Mercedes keeler, 2 x5s, 1 330, 1 BMW m3. I do not recommend to go to keeler buy a car and get services done they are horrible and rude people. Today October 25th, I scheduled an appointment at south BMW they were so polite and willing to give me a loaner. I recommend everyone go to south BMW dealer. Do not go to keeler, you’ll just be given poor service and rude attitudes.

We had an excellent experience in purchasing our car at Keeler Mercedes-Benz in Latham, NY today 10/14/25. Andrea Monzo, our sales consultant, was so efficient, knowledgeable, hard working, friendly & extremely patient. Steven (finance) was knowledgeable & efficient. As his co-worker (I believe his name is Wally)was. The entire experience was a pleasure.
