I have bought a used car from this Dealership and my experience was amazing everyone had a great attitude that’s the first thing I look for when I walked in. My main guy “Ken” was amazing everything I needed he got it done and for that I will always be appreciative. Thank you “Ken and Keeler.

No assistance
Arrived at the dealership to look at the possibility of purchasing 2022 SUV. Walked around the lot looking at various SUV's and entered the dealership with no one every approaching me for assistance the entire time on the property. Note: no customers were observed in the the dealership except for sales personnel. Total time spent looking at the 2022 25 minutes. I later observed one gentlemen about to enter the dealership and was quickly met at the door by a sale person. I guess they only assistance certain customers. Time to take a ride to NJ, which I hope they are colorblind with the exception of the the color GREEN.

Bad customer service
After leading 5 bmws from Keeler I was treated very unfairly upon returning an x1. They offered no inspection then tried to bill me $3000 for scratches and lack of oil change during the height of Covid I left message with managers and never got a call back

Worse biting experience in my 30 years buying cars
Buyers beware !!! This review could be pages long but I’ll try keep it short as I have wasted enough of my time dealing with this incompetent Keeler bmw dealership and service con artists Basically went to purchase a pre owned bmw and it was a nightmare for start to finish ( actually never finished or drove away with the vehicle) as it was not safe and the service center was unable to fix the issue in 3 attempts despite them knowing issues with all wheel drive system before they sold us vehicle .Finally with just cancelled the the whole transaction and wasted hours dealing with sales, finance and management. This was going be my sons first car graduation gift ... such disappointment in a potential future bmw or keeler customer .. I have purchased many luxury vehicles at this dealership and I can’t say they where ever great .. but what dealership really is ?? But this issue was beyond acceptable and actually fraudulent.. trying to pass along a vehicle that was unsafe traction control and abs brake system... good thing I have experience working on these vehicle.. or I would have been completely ”. Ripped off”” I understand the profit margins these places need . But in the end they lost me , my friends, and any one I can share this experience with. And on last note .. after the sale and before my son drove off the lot and entire dash board lit up .. sales man was gone !! And when I had go find him explain problem still there after 3 attempts fix it . I got “ not my problem “ attitude when all paperwork work was signed. I never write reviews but I wanted to warn the general public of this place and people they have employed there ..

Extremely professional and courteous. I had a great experience here. Work performed was top notch. I definitely plan on working with this dealership in the future. for my repair needs and future purchase. Highly recommend.

Don't trust their judgement from a distance!
I bought a car from Keeler from a long distance, relying on the salesman to both make the deal happen and make me comfortable that the condition of the vehicle was accurately represented and that I would not have any major surprises upon delivery. Finding the right BMW with the right options can often lead to a nationwide search - if you fall into this category, DO NOT trust the staff at Keeler. They couldn't/wouldn't help arrange a PPI and never sent the detailed close-up photos that I requested, but I rolled the dice anyway on a calculated risk. It's a BMW dealer right, not a used car lot, they have a reputation to protect so there's some skin in the game, right? Wrong. What is clear to me now is that the staff at Keeler are either exceedingly careless regarding the used vehicles they sell, or they are outright dishonest. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it's the former and not the latter. If you have a discerning eye for cosmetic flaws, don't buy from Keeler from a distance without a trusted independent inspection to verify what the dealership is presenting. Two stars instead of one because they got the deal done reasonably well during what I believe to be a very hectic time in the used car market.

Horrible Service
I have a 2009 BMW which went in for service due to the BMW fuel pump recall. At this point there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. It was running perfect with no problems. Keeler kept my car for one week in order to fix whatever was wrong with the fuel pump recall. After getting my car back, the next day I was on my way to work and my car stopped running all of a sudden on the middle of the freeway. I called Keeler and told them that before my car was fine but now clearly they had messed something up. They said to bring the car in. The car wouldn't turn on so I had to get it towed which Keeler made clear was not their responsibility and would be to my expense. I got the car towed to Keeler BMW and they kept my car for 2 weeks. Everyday I called to see what the update was and everyday I would hear something new. One day that they had ordered the wrong parts, the next that the part was incorrect, the next day "oh your car will be ready in half hour, just running it through the wash", the next day " we are doing road tests". All this time I was paying for a rental car. Keeler BMW would not even provide a courtesy car rental even though my car was messed up due to their incompetency. Finally after two weeks of calling and waiting and receiving contradicting information each day, I picked up my car. They billed me $1800, even though nothing was wrong with my car before it had gotten into their hands. I paid the $1800 but also wanted a guarantee that this time my car wasn't just going to stop all of a sudden in the middle of the road. So I asked the receptionist what the guarantee was. She said "if it stops you can bring it again and we will go from there". Meaning that all they want to do was make money. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. So I pay the bill and take my car home. The next morning I am on my way to work and I smelled gas, a couple minutes later my car stops all of a sudden in the middle of the road. I get out of the car because I was feeling light headed and literally felt like I was going to pass out from the smell of gas. I look under my car and gas is POURING out. At this point I am wondering what road tests were they doing that they did not notice this? They messed up my car in the first place, they kept the car for way longer than they needed to, and the car is still NOT fixed. So I call Keeler BMW and explain the situation. The manager (Andrew) tells me to have the car towed again to their service dept. at my expense and then we will go from there. At this point I did not feel comfortable sending my car to them, I asked for my money back and that I would have it fixed elsewhere. Andrew was not helpful at all and stated that I would not get my money back and that there was absolutely nothing he could do. He did not even bother to apologize even once for all the inconvenience he had caused me. I am having my car fixed elsewhere now. Keeler BMW ruined my car, billed me $1800, plus I paid towing and rental fees all because they messed with my car. I have bought cars from Keeler BMW before but after this horrible experience I will never do business with them again.

I contacted them to forward information and pictures of the car I was interested in. The sales representative assured me I'll be receiving it. Two weeks later, I'm still waiting for pictures of the car. I called them back again. Still no pictures. I live 5 hrs away from them so I wanted to see pictures before making the trip. Not organized.
