    While I’ve always loved Checkered Flag Auto, my experience with the new Jeep dealership was awful! The claim (on their site) says trade ins are based... on Kelly Blue Book (of course condition of vehicle on inspection is taken into account). I used the link they provided for appraisal, it came back with $40,800 for trade in. Vehicle is almost two yrs old, 6,000 miles, mint condition. Found the new vehicle I wanted, they offered 10,000 less for my trade! So, website is incorrect.... they don’t use KBB for appraisals, rather to get customers confidence in them and get sent via KBB site to them. I left, got $38,500 from Southern and my new Gladiator was $4,000 less. PS.... the GM was rude at best! When I told him I planned on posting a review of my experience he said “We don’t care about all that”. Last I heard customer service was number one in all industries? Obviously not important to Mr. Lawson

    This was the best experience I have had while buying a vehicle ( 12 over 40 years). Lucas Giles made the process easy and stress free. While reviewing... the vehicle (Tacoma) a number of issues of concern were raised and Lucas assured me that each would be addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. True to his word, the finished product exceeded my expectations. I could not be happier with the results. Kudos to Lucas and the various service departments that made this happen.Checkered Flag rates high marks because of people like Mr. Giles and all the conscientious service techs that contributed. Thanks.

    Lucas made my used car buying process, pleasurable. He called me on Friday regarding my application and had everything worked out for me within an hour.... I picked up the car on Saturday. He was honest and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Checkered Flag Auto Outlet!

    The advertised 12 month/12,000 mile is mostly a scam. Bought a beautiful VW Tiguan from these guys and it almost immediately started having engine problems.... The first round of repairs involving leaking oil were not covered by the elusive warranty which is through a 3rd party who sends out a contracted other 3rd party to determine eligibility. Manager Randy Turk after calls and email decided to take responsibility for the repair. Get the car back after fighting a couple weeks to get repair covered. One day later engine light comes on and can barely get it to service location. Guess what everyone determines? The newly discovered problem, 2 bad ignition coils, of course aren't under warranty! And they miraculously went bad one day after it left their shop! AO Manager Randy Turk REFUSED to repair and will not reply to emails regarding this continued comedy of errors with a vehicle. Run from these guys and don't have faith in the 12/12 warranty!

    First of all, if you're considering this dealership- ask for Al Belanger. He made the whole process of choosing and buying a car a whole lot easier and... hassle-free. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the customer service I received. Secondly, I liked the way things were explained to me in detail, with no cheap sales tricks and with a lot of patience. Thirdly, I am very happy with the car I purchased.

    Billy was very understanding with the situation dealing with a key being made for my Suv, he realized I had been quoted one price and he immediately handled... the issue with no attitude towards me as a customer, and adjusted the price fairly. This is the reason I keep returning, knowing checkard Flag will give me satisfaction guaranteed every time...

    I had the best experience with Checkered Flag Auto Outlet. This is my second time using Checkered Flag as our dealership. Our salesman, Allen Belanger,... was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He was genuine, answered all of our questions, and never pushed anything on us. He called us as soon as the vehicle we were interested in was ready to be viewed. The whole team at the Auto Outlet made us feel like they were a close knit family, and we became part of it. They even helped entertain my one year old daughter! I will continue to recommend Checkered Flag to all of my family and friends in the area!

    I would not advise anyone to purchase a used vehicle from here. I feel that they only care about the money & not their customers. I purchased a used... BMW 330 XI 3 days ago CASH as a 1st car for my 16 year old son & was told that the car had no leaks or issues. I have the text messages from Danielle to prove it. I trusted them because Checkered Flag is supposed to be a reputable BMW dealer that also services cars. Danielle told me that the rear light was on, but that the service dept. fixed it prior to my arrival. When I got there, the light was off. I live on the peninsula, therefore, I took the car to Casey BMW for a new purchase inspection within 24 hours. A Master BMW Technician at Casey looked the car over & I learned the following: • The shift shaft seal from the transmission is leaking; • The left outer CV boot is damaged & was punctured when Checkered Flag recently replaced the left control arm; • All 4 tires are dry rotted • AND the left side reverse and left side tag light are both still out (although I was told they were fixed). I have called several times to no avail. The Asst. Manager Brian was rude & unwilling to assist me. He pretty much told me, “Your car, your problem.” He referred me to the 12,000 mile warranty (which doesn't cover my issues due to mileage). So what good is the warranty? I also left a message for the General Manager Josh Hamilton, who still hasn't returned my call. Please beware of Checkered Flag Auto Outlet. I honestly didn’t expect a perfect car because it’s a used car. I only expected great service & for them to honor their work. If they tell a customer that something has been fixed, it should be fixed (lights). If their work was the cause of a bigger issue, they should fix it (CV boot damaged by their replacement of the left control arm). Also, if they knew their warranty wouldn’t cover the shift shaft seal due to the mileage, the shouldn’t have put it on the lot leaking; they should have fixed it first before selling it to a customer. They have a service department. It’s cheaper for Checkered Flag to fix it than a customer. How can they sleep at night knowing they have sold a car for a teenager with these issues? I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from here.
