I have an older car with low mileage. Doug Wickett kept me posted with all the many repairs needed to keep my elderly ride in the best shape.. Two days... of labor got everything my 05 CR-V needed. A loner car allowed me to carry on with my life. Doug felt bad that he kept giving me all the bad new. But this bad news gives me confidence that I know my car is being serviced at a place that takes the time and cares about the performance of my car.
