Great customer service. Easy to schedule an appointment for any service needs. Upon arrival, the service department was ready to help I was told upfront how long the service would take and the cost. The waiting area was clean and well stocked. There are three areas to wait for your vehicle one which includes an enclosed room for children. My car was ready before the promise time, I will use this dealership again for any service needed.

Good service. Got turned away the first time since my car was at 40% instead of 30%. Said to come back in June but my free service would have been expired by then. So that was not great.

0 stars Paid a $500 deposit to hold a car as I am
0 stars Paid a $500 deposit to hold a car as I am currently out of state but moving to Ohio. The following week I get a call the cars been sold to someone else with no explanation how it’s possible that could happen. The same model and trim car (IDENTICAL MSPRs and 5k more miles, but certified) was available in Germain Columbus, but Germain Beavercreek was unwilling to right their wrong and either pay the difference of our original agreed upon price to get me that car, or negotiate the price down with the other location. Not even an apology from the GSM or GM. Currently waiting on my deposit refund to be mailed. Absolutely unbelievable way to conduct business.

Fabulous service yesterday! Ryan Stacy was so helpful explaining the process and made everything super easy purchasing my leased vehicle & financing Matt Swink also explained the steps & options for extended warranties too! Entire time at dealer was only 70 minutes! Unbelieveable!
