Only care about your money not you
I bought a Car in september. First of all the cars are extremely expensive compare to other Car sellers, for instance they sell you a car 6000$ which has 195000 milles. Then they charge you 1000$ more just for registration fees whereas I received my registration papers and my registration plate 7 weeks after when it was supposed to be maximum 6 weeks. finally I had to request my car title 6 month after I bought my car because they never send it. They only goal is to make money without caring about what you need.

Lousy follow up - lies, after lies, after lies.
These people are liars. They will give you the run-around after they have taken your money. Do not deal with them if you want a trouble-free deal. I bought a truck here on Oct 30 2017. By Jan 19 2018 I still had not received the plates and title, despite calling them and visiting them to check the status. I always told, "next week". The last time (on 1/4/18), Pedro told me, "Thursday (that would be Thu 1/11/18) for sure - our registration service has been on vacation." How much vacation do they get, for heaven's sake? I went to the DMV on Jan 19 to see if the paperwork had even been started. It hadn't. I then went to the dealer, and they (Danielle) told me that it was with their registration service, and the person there was out until 2:00pm, and that she would call me. They have never called in the past, and they have not done the service that they charged me for. All they do is lie and try to fluff you off. Do yourselves a favor and buy your vehicle somewhere else. Update: On Friday Jan 19, 2018, I posted this and other reviews. The DMV had told me no registration had been started. On Tuesday Jan 23 I got a call from OnQ that they had my plates and everything was done. I went to get the plates and registration. They had registered themselves as lien holders even though I had paid for the truck in full and nothing was owing. So, they still have not given me title, and have filed a lien illegally. Update 1/30/18: I got a call from the DMV regarding my complaint of OnQ. The Investigating Agent confirmed that the lien should not have been placed on the title. She has instructed them to provide me with a signed-off title and to reimburse me for transfer fees to get a clear title. She also told me that they have had to deal with several prior complaints about this dealership. Be warned. This dealer has a history of sketchy practices. Stay well away from OnQ Auto Group.

Very satisfied!!
After reviewing several dealers we decided for QNQ auto group! We decided for a toyota tacoma Qaisar Abbas made the buying pleasurable! He even filled the gas tank! I will definitely use this Dealer again!! I highly recomend QNQ auto group! To anyone who is looking for good price on used cars!!

Great dealership!!
Bought my car from this dealer several months ago. They customer service is excellent here and they are honest with you. They were also able to get me financed with a great deal! It is a used car dealership so of course I wasn't expecting the car to be perfect. Nonetheless I got a great car that hasn't given me a single issue whatsoever! I highly recommend ONQ Auto Group to everyone.

Great customer service
I went to ONQ trying to find a used car with nice looks for a good price and I was not disappointed. As soon as I stepped on the lot an employee approached me. the employee wasn't the pushy used car salesman which was nice. He let me check out the cars without pressuring me. If I had questions he was nearby and I didn't have to chase someone down for answers. Thank you for a great experience.

Disappointed as of now
I had gave them a good review on how they help me drive the car off the lot but I'm honestly really disappointed. The car I got is already giving me major problems and I've only physical been driving it for a week. And now I feel like there not trying to do anything to help me. I took it in one's already for like 4 days I got it back with the same problems as if they only had the car sitting there so I can think there doing work to it. As of now I'm still waiting to see what there gonna to help me.
