I recently purchased my third car over the 7 years I've lived in Mesa from Discount Auto, the folks there are knowledgeable with many years in the same location, great pricing and a pleasure to do business with!

I purchased my vehicle from Herb. I got the price I wanted for my trade in and a wholesale price on my purchase. Good experience.

Herb really took care of me, understanding my needs and lasting value in a changing market. He closely examined several cars himself, putting vehicles up on the lift to check them out personally. I test drove and picked the Prius I liked. Thank you for an easy, honest experience.

He sent me a price on the SUV out the door I came all the way from Laveen Arizona and he wanted to charge me $3000 more

It was refreshing to go to a low pressure place where I could drive cars and look at a slow pace. very helpful. Again low pressure and friendly small but low prices and family atmosphere .

I would not recommend this dealership I went today to look at a car that was $6,900 out the tax,title and dealership fees. The owner wouldn't honor that price and the he knows he should but he won't lose money on it. He even Allen out his dad and said he has dementia and blamed his dad for the messing up the price.. I told if that's the case his should read the ad's before he sends them out. We got outside and my dad said he's going to call the bbb and even talk to a lawyer about this. The owner got really angry just in seconds and said get the f*xx off my property or I will calls the. We were on the drive and he said I dare you to ce on my property, like he wanted to fight us. We called the cops and talk to cops about the situation.. Be careful with the owner and don't fall for any other the b.s. you see on his ad's!

I drove to the dealership and asked about a truck listed on their website. I sat at an empty desk for only a few minutes while I waited for the owner. When he arrived he told me the truck was being checked over elsewhere and would be ready in a few days and that he would call me when it was ready. Fair enough so far. I wanted to ask questions about other trucks on the property, but then he proceeded to sit down in front of me and make phone calls to other people without even asking me if I had more questions. I left. I will not buy a truck from someone with questionable integrity.

Went to buy a car knowing the issues and agreed on the advertised price on cars.com with Mike. While at the bank they called saying his partner wanted more money. Got a cashiers check for the agreed upon price which was also the advertised price and Mike wouldn’t accept it saying he needed more. Waste of my time. No stand up integrity to be found.

Discount auto guy named Mike, if this is true. He listed 2018 ford focus on craiglist as excellent and the title suppose to be clean. I told him i was 32 miles away, upon arrival all vehicle doors were open and the car was ON. I noticed the car had a Very Bad paint job, you can still see the deep scratch marks and a dent r/r, this vehicle was listed as EXCELLENT. After my 30 mile drive home i RE-READ the craiglist post and it was updated with an add on sentence saying “owner lived on a dirt road and has some scratches”. I called MIKE and he Never apologized/cared he stated” its not his fault that i didnt know how to read an add” and hung up,after i yelled at him.

I called and asked if a car was a salvage title they said no, I looked at the car fax and the vehicle was in a total loss accident. I would not trust these guys.
