2018 ford focus s

Discount auto guy named Mike, if this is true. He listed 2018 ford focus on craiglist as excellent and the title suppose to be clean. I told him i was 32 miles away, upon arrival all vehicle doors were open and the car was ON. I noticed the car had a Very Bad paint job, you can still see the deep scratch marks and a dent r/r, this vehicle was listed as EXCELLENT. After my 30 mile drive home i RE-READ the craiglist post and it was updated with an add on sentence saying “owner lived on a dirt road and has some scratches”. I called MIKE and he Never apologized/cared he stated” its not his fault that i didnt know how to read an add” and hung up,after i yelled at him.

We apologize for not meeting the stringent customer protocol on our 2018 Ford Focus with a clean clear title priced $5000 under the market value. I'm certain the customer will find a vehicle that meets his standard at a new car store. Of course the price will be thousands more than our gorgeous vehicle and as luck would have it, the next person who looked at it thought it was an outstanding value, and bought it. Truly beauty is in the eye of the beholder......

Liars

I called and asked if a car was a salvage title they said no, I looked at the car fax and the vehicle was in a total loss accident. I would not trust these guys.

So that the writer is not laboring under incorrect knowledge, a vehicle with a salvage or restored salvage title will have a designation indicated on the title. In this case, there is no designation and the title is clean and clear. An insurance company may have declared the vehicle a total loss, wrote the customer a check and the customer fixed it. There was no effect on the title.

No customer service

Saw a vehicle I was interested in. Asked the mileage and which specific model. After being told it was the model I was looking for, I went 30 mins out of my way to look at it. Vehicle was locked so I stood around for 15 mins with salesmen looking at me but no effort to even say hi or one moment. I realizing it was not the model I was told after specifically asking. Two salesmen were standing by the front door talking to one another with me 5-6 feet away. Yet again neither bothered to say hi or say anything to me. I decided to leave and messaged the guy I had spoke with prior to inform him the model was wrong and I had been there waiting for help. This is the reply I received: "Yes I saw you out there as I was helping other customers this is not McDonald's We don't provide drive thru service for cars" Definitely not purchasing from them, even though I was initially ready to.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this customer undertook. With our low priced inventory, we are a very busy place and sometimes we are not able to assist every customer within the 30 seconds that this customer was demanding. No one ever stands for 15 minutes without us assisting them. We wish them luck in finding the right car for the right price.

Honest dealership excellent value

Bought a 2015 Toyota Prius V below market rate. Negotiated directly with owner. Got a great deal on this car. Honest. Their cars may not be perfect but they are reliable. This is my second car from here. They keep overhead low and do a high volume. Inventory changes constantly.

Excellent Service

I worked with Mike at this lot and I must say that he was the nicest Salesman I have ever worked with. He put zero pressure on me to purchase anything and honestly steered me away from anything that could possibly end up very costly with future repairs. He also wanted to make sure I was in a vehicle that was not only cost efficient, but safe for me and my family. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go see Mike at Discount Auto for all used car purchasing. Pretty sure he doesn't sell new cars, but if he did, I'd send everyone to him for that as well.

This was definitely the best car purchasing experience ever. Herbie was so polite, prompt and full service I was amazed. Since I did not own a car, the car was brought to me for a test drive. The price was amazing, and after the purchase the service got even better. I could not be happier with my new, used Kia. Thanks Herbie and Mike.

Great Price, No Problems

BUYER BEWARE . I AND MY WIFE WAS SOLD A LEMON

THIS COMPANY DONT KEEP THERE WORD ON REPAIRS AND DONT HONER THERE 15 DAY WARRANTY .THEY DONT RETURN PHONES CALLS , THEY WANT THE BUYER TO MAKE REPAIRS ON A VEHICLE THAT NEEDED REPAIRS BEFORE IT WAS SOLD. BETTER CHECK THE TIRES AND IF THEY TELL YOU WE WLL REPLACE TIRES MAKE SURE GET IT IN WRITING BECAUSE IF YOU DONT THEN YOU WONT GET TIRES.

We bought the customer new tires as soon as we could get the car to the tire shop. this customer was given his price on the car and he never updated his review. He received everything he asked for . I have learned over the years 23 years since my daughter was a baby when we started some customers get mad and write a bad review even when we do our absolute best . We regret the customer got mad , and we did ever thing the customer asked for and and above what we agreed to .

Just Bought A Nice Car From Mike

I just purchased a vehicle from this lot today and have nothing negative to say! I did read the negative reviews I saw before actually purchasing the vehicle, but I thought I'd give the guy a chance as I don't allow a few bad reviews deter me from defining my own experience. Mike was very professional from the time I inquired about the vehicle to the time I walked off the lot with the car - a few days due to the finance company having to get back to me. I also got a xxxx of a deal! Mike seems to be to the point and will get you in a car if you are really interested in buying a car and not B-Sing. My experiences with purchasing a car with Mike and this lot are: 1. He was to the point and very professional. 2. Got me a VERY low monthly payment (around $140). 3. Was very transparent and told me exactly what I needed. 4. Shaved a few hundred bucks of the overall cost of the car. 5. When I came to pick up my car it had been cleaned up, oil changed, and stickers removed off the windows. 6. He takes care of your plates for you so you don't have to go to the DMV. The plates are mailed to you in the mail. 7. The finance company he goes through are AWESOME!!!! They financed me for around $4000, and got my payment down to $140 a month. And they do not penalize you if you pay the car off early. 8. He included all of my extra fees and taxes in my down payment. In summary, this has been a really great experience to me and if you actually get a chance to sit down with the guy and talk business without bullsh***ing, you will quickly find out this guy just loves selling cars. His cars are very reasonably priced too! Not to mention that he has very clean vehicles that are very mechanically sound. I'd definitely recommend buying from this lot any day. When I pay this car off in a year, I will definitely purchase from him if he has my car, or use the finance company he goes through. Great job!
