Top Shelf Dealership!

Terrific buying process from start to finish. Jenna, Alan and Drew are terrific folks, and made sure that everything was in order with my car when I arrived. The deal itself was awesome on a top shelf automobile. I highly recommend Airpark Motorcars. They will be my first stop for future vehicle purchases!

Awesome experience

Working with Drew was the best car buying experience I've ever encountered. He asked what I was looking for, I told him and in less than a week I was driving exactly what I had hoped for

Great experience!

I worked with Jody to buy a 1995 Jaguar XJS convertible and he could not have been a more pleasant person to work with. He didn't play any games on price or delivery. I made a reasonable offer and he accepted. There was a few repairs that were needed and he made sure that everything was fixed to my standard. He called me once each repair was made to give me a real time update and once it was all complete, he called me to let me know and took my driver's licence on the phone and when I got there, I just signed all the completed paperwork and left. Thank you, Jody for making this such a great and pleasurable experience!

Exceptional customer service @ SD Airpark!!

My Sales Rep, Drew, really listened to my thoughts and needs and did a lot of research in order to narrow in on the perfect car for me. He really hit the bulls eye! Drew was professional, knowledgeable, patient and polite throughout the process. He took care of every little detail, got me fantastic financing and delivered the car to my door! Paperwork was done in less than 30 min. Do yourself a favor and shop for your dream car at Scottsdale Airpark Motor Cars...have your own 5 star experience!!

Best car buying experience ever!

From the moment I walked into the offices, I knew this place was different. Drew was very easy-going as a sales person… he answered all of my questions with professionalism but at the same time was very laid-back.He took me on a test drive of the car I purchased and the entire time he was knowledgeable and helpful but never pushy. Once I decided on the car, Drew handled all of the paperwork and the financing expertly. The entire process took less than 1 1/2 hours. I highly recommend air park motors to anyone and everyone. This is what buying a car should be like !!

Unprofessional delivery of a used car we purchased

After making a purchase of a used SUV on a Tuesday, we had to schedule a Saturday afternoon pick up of the car. We live 1.5 hours away and our work schedule made it impossible through the week to pick it up. Jenna, the owner, was very helpful dealing with over the phone. However, she did not make the delivery of the car. When we arrived on Saturday @2:30 pm, Jerry, a salesman quickly had us sign papers and gave us "one key, with a fob" that DID NOT work. No one ever went out to inspect or review the vehicle with us. After signing the papers, the only two staff persons there left and locked up the building. We arrived at 2:30, signed papers and they left by 3:15. The carpets of the vehicle were dirty with footprints, lint (on black carpet) and blown in debree, as the windows were down. The floor mats were left stacked up in the cargo area of the SUV. The two staff members, one was the salesman (Jerry, I believe), literally left us in the parking lot of the dealership installing our floor mats. They had from Tuesday until Saturday to prepare the car for delivery, but did not even bother to get a new fob or even vacuum the carpets and install the mats. No one bothered to do a final inspection of the car with us or even ask if we had any questions about the operation of the car. It was sign the paper, here's your "one key & broken fob" and we are out of here! Totally unprofessional with ZERO customer service.

Disappointed

When shopping for a particular car, one on their lot popped up. I sent a msg. Via site to ask if still available....no response. Next day I called to see if car was still available. I was told someone would call me back. Next day...no response from web request nor phone call. I called again and was then told car not available...financing had come through for another shopper. BTW The car in question continued to pop up on car sales sites for 3-4 more days.

I understand your frustration Deni, it is a frustration we share. Unfortunately the outside sales websites (Cargurus, Auto trader, cars.com, etc) will sometimes keep the cars listed for up to a week after we have marked them sold; and we have no way of deleting them off these outside web providers. We always encourage customers to call ahead of time, just a you did, to verify the vehicle is still available. We value our customers' time and would hate for a customer to drive here to see a car that has been sold.
