VERY bad service dept experience

I wish I could give a -5 star for “The girl in the service dept” who #1 told me a rollback has been dispatched the Fri morning I spoke with her, 6 hrs later at 3:00 pm the driver showed up and told us he had NOT been dispatched until 12:30, that day #2 after a salesman answered the phone and told me himself he could see Quinton was in his office this girl answered the phone I think her name was Brittany said No, Quinton is not here today, #3 argued with me for 10 minutes that you DO NOT take a manifold off a vehicle (2002 Dodge Ram 1500) to replace the cylinder heads and if they have to do any work to the manifold on the truck it wasn’t covered under the warranty because she couldn’t see it on the original invoice or find page 2 #3 told me the truck would NOT be fixed by Friday asPROMISED by Quinton who claimed he had NO rental for me to drive while it was being worked on, i missed Dr appts and physical therapy because my truck WAS NOT finished by fri as promised, I called MULTIPLE times to ask for Quinton at LEAST 4-6 times a day and he was NEVER available to talk to, the first time they worked on my truck it was almost $4k for a water pump and new heads and 6 weeks I was out of a vehicle, this time it was 2 weeks! This MIGHT be a good dealership but they WILL lie to you, WILL NOT return calls, I had to call them multiple times a day EVERY day, and that girl in the service dept WILL NOT return your calls and WILL lie to you, I told her as a West Virginia native I was ashamed to be in the same room with her! My blood pressure was 180/98 while talking to her on the phone, all she wanted was to tell me I didn’t know anything about my truck, I didn’t know anything about working on a truck and I would have to pay labor bill to get my truck back!! I was able to get someone to drive me 1 1/2 hrs to Moorefield to pick my truck up and the parts WERE under warranty and I owed NOTHING!! STAY AWAY take your vehicle somewhere else until they can get a service person in there that WON’T cause a 60 yr old to have a stroke lying to them!!

Excellent service after the sale!!!

Was greated at the door by friendly sales staff. The buying process was easy and accommodating from start to finish. I would highly recommend weimer dodge for you next purchase.
