Having purchased numerous vehicles and having them serviced over the past 20 years I can speak to quality of service Bob Karls provides. The service is always always friendly and competent where the mechanics are not satisfied until they get the repair right. The fact that most of the employees have been with Bob for many years speaks to the quality of the operation and has enabled them to form a bond with their customers whom they genuinely care about! It's a rare business in today's world, almost like business from a bygone era. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Bob Karl, Jerry and his service crew run a truly honest and customer focused business. We purchased a 2012 Buick LaCrosse for ourselves, and gave our 2007 Chrysler to our daughter. Bob and his team prepared and serviced not only the awesome vehicle we were purchasing from them, but also the vehicle we were transitioning to our daughter. We love the vehicle we purchased, his pricing was reasonable and he replaced ball joints and rotated the tires on the car we were giving to the kid at nearly his cost, saving us hundreds of dollars. Bob said he didn't have what I was looking for in stock but he would find one for me and 8 days later he called me about a cargo van that was exactly what I needed. Bob Karl's is really great honest place to do service for your car or even buy a car from. I am been with them for 3 years now and never have any problem with them .
