Jerry baugh sales person was excellent no hassle we told him what we wanted and we purchased vehicle will return if we ever need another vehicle
DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP
This place does not stand by their words or vehicles. They glued together the exhaust system, they used zip ties on the engine plates instead of bolts. They said they re did the breaks and they had not. Every bolt was either stripped of rusted. The list goes on and on. Then they work work with us to correct any of the things that said they were going to fix. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. 5k later and we have no recourse due to MD laws. Don't trust the owners or Ben they are liars and talk outside of both sides of their mouth. Basically the double talk you. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Don't buy a car from here
I bought a truck thats was a lemon 🍋. I call them 7 days after I got it told them I did not like it and wanted my money back they said give them a chance to make it right. I did and still was not right. I told them im bring the truck back they got the truck and I did not receive my down payment back. Everyone please don't get anything from them they are no good
This review is about the dishonesty of the dealership. They tell you one price about the vehicle and when it comes to purchasing the vehicle it’s another, be aware of the recondition fee $995 and delivery processing fee of $500 total of $1495. This is added to the price of the vehicle plus tax and tags. Why should you the customer eat that? Not Fare just beware..The manager would not budge so I’m taking my dollars else where.
Rodney and Mike
Rodney the Sales Consultant and Mike Finance Manager made this purchase worth while. They did everything they said they would do and they got me an incredible APR rate; as well as, the car I was looking for. I cannot thank them enough because I need a car badly since my child wrecked my old one. National Motors is my dealership of choice and I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks Rodney, thanks Mike.
Don't do it
I purchased a car in December 2019, there were a list of promised things to fix. It is September 2020, the items still aren't fixed. They never return phone calls. They claim they are ordering the part. When I show up on site they never have the part and are simply refusing to fix the items. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and small claims court.
Poor customer service
I never saw such a terrible dealership and will never see. Poor customer service, they are not acting like selling, they don't know what they are selling. When you ask some information regarding the car, they don't give you full information (they don't know it). Some of the buttons on fob key and the mechanical key doesn't work at all. I called them many times and they said they will call me back and never did it. Finally I brought the car to them and they checked it, and they said they are going to order a new key. I checked the 3 times and they said they will call when the key arrived....it's almost a month now, no body called. Don't waste your time and money, there're a plenty dealership with good customer service.

i had my car service there, it was great very reasonable price and they washed the car afterword . the service is GREAT!!!! i recommend this place to all my friends and the others
