Bc I knew they couldn't finance me and they said they could lies so it was a waste of my time and there time

Not very good about returning emails and getting information back. Did not buy the car. Also when I did speak to someone, they really didnt know much about the car. I would ask a question and the answers I would get were, " I have no idea" or "I don't know". Not good answers for a potential buyer. Also, the asking price was too high for the car. Don't bother buying here unless you know the answers to your own questions

I called this dealership regarding a used car they had listed on the Car.com website. I was looking at this car for my son. I spoke with Luke Varner and he informed me that someone had put a deposit on the car to see if they could get a loan and that if the deal fell through, he would call me back. I really did not expect to hear back from Mr. Varner; but he did call me back and let me know the other individual couldn't get a loan to buy the car and if I was still interested to call him and he would answer any questions that I might have regarding the car. Unfortunately, at that point in time my son had already purchased another vehicle. However, I do appreciate that fact that Mr. Varner called me back and was very polite and courteous. I would recommend Varner Car Sales based on the customer service I received from the dealership; however I cannot vouch for the reliability of their cars based on the fact that I did not purchase a vehicle.

We found a car for my grandsons first car. It is a Ford Focus with a manual transmission which was what he wanted. It is a very nice car at a great price. Nice people to deal with.

I have bought cars from many dealers over the years, but this was a fantastic experience. This dealer has a great variety of quality cars at very reasonable prices. They were very straight forward, friendly, and low pressure. They were a pleasure to deal with. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them highly to anyone. So rare to see a family owned business like this.
