I bought a new Ford Escape in 2020 December where I was told I would get free oil changes for as long as I owned the car. They lied. My word is my bond...theirs is not. This week they said this ended. They just lost a customer....can not be trusted!

We apologize for any confusion regarding oil change benefits. After further investigation your vehicle was eligible to continue in the program, as long as all recommended maintenance was performed by our service department. Program eligibility was discontinued after many lifetime oil changes were given without adherence to the maintenance requirements. Polite, knowledgeable, people and no xx! Negotiated what I thought was a fair price and out the door within an hour with no attempt to upsell us with useless products or services. For my next car, I will definitely make the drive for a dealership like this!
