I starting bringing in my 2011 Ford Edge for service and
I starting bringing in my 2011 Ford Edge for service and was blown away with the service department. Then my son bought his new Ford from here so when I decided to upgrade my car I talked to Christian and traded in my 2011 for a brand new 2024 Explorer that I just love. I highly recommend D’Orazio Ford. Their staff both front and back are friendly and helpful and by the way I got a great deal!

Bryan, the gentleman who helped me get my car, was
Bryan, the gentleman who helped me get my car, was wonderful. He was constantly in contact with me regarding my purchase, and he always had an answer for me. He was thorough and didn’t miss any detail about educating me on all of the new features. I never felt pushed into any decisions about my car. It was an extremely smooth process. Making it even smoother, he delivered my new purchase to my home while then taking my trade in with him back to the dealership. This is my second car with D’Orazio, and I’m very pleased with them, and their service. The employees are all very kind people as well.

Service department seems to be going downhill, New
Service department seems to be going downhill, New service manager doesn't seem to give a care. Been a week and he was supposed to call me back, but if course hasnt. Took my car in for an oil change back in the fall, tech left my oil cap off and inside my engine bay. Drove around for months with Oil spewing all over my engine bay and under neath of my car. Drained what oil was left in the engine 2.5 quarts out of 6qts. Nothing but neglance from the tech and poor communication from the service manager David. Beware place is going downhill fast.

I will never take my car to be serviced here again
I will never take my car to be serviced here again without taking it to another mechanic first. In September I took it in for issues I had with my car shaking and hesitating. They told me I needed spark plugs, new rear brakes due to the pads being worn and rotars being old and new tires due to tread was bad and inside of tires being mangled. I got the spark plugs, but the thing that got me was the rear brakes and the tires. The week before I brought my car in my fiance just put on new brake pads on the back and , even after I was told the pads were worn down the day I took my car in, when I got home from the dealership that day, my fiance took the tires off and looked at the pads and the pads were still good. I was also told that the pads were rusted and worn down, and again, they were not. This past Friday I made an appointment at Belle Tires in Shorewood and the technician(Ben) came out and asked me why am I there because my tires are fine? I told him I needed new tires according to Ford , that they were warped . He said "Hold on, let me just check again" Came out and he said "Ma'am, Your tires are fine. They are still like brand new. (and yes he checked the inside of the tire as well, I called him again today since Mike wanted to think I was lying about it) and told me he checked the WHOLE tire and they are fine". He stated he could not justify selling me tires when my current ones are still good. I brought it up to the service department this past weekend and they stated they would pass the ionformation to Mike the service manager. Well, I get a call from Mike and pretty much treated me like I was lying about it because "His senior technician" said I needed them. And the thing is, all I wanted was reassurance that it wouldn't happen again because that would've been 1,059.00 I would've paid for no reason. Now my car still hesitates and shakes and I have an appointment coming up that I will be canceling because I will be taking my car into another mechanic to get it diagnosed before I take it to them. I used to love D'Orazio and would brag about them to anyone who was going to buy a car. Crap, my fiance sent multiple people to buy trucks there. Dave has always been awesome in service, but the last 2yrs service has gone down and now almost cost me 1,059.00. So they now lost 2 customers due to service. Btw, Ray was looking for another truck and it looks like we will be buying somewhere else, due to service. It is sad that one department can bring down the whole place. The sales department, Vince, are awesome, Gill has always been helpful, but the last couple of times I have been there service sucked. I was not asking for anything just for them to reassure me that they will look at my car and I will know it was taken good care of. I am sorry, but 1,059.00 is a HUGE mistake and now lost a customer due to that. And believe me, there have been a lot of mistakes in the past but this is my final straw.

My husband and I received excellent customer service from start to finish. I first spoke to Yoni (finance manager) by phone. He was helpful with my inquiries and he set us up with Cameron (salesperson). We arrived at the dealership the following day. Cameron was very friendly and informative without being pushy. Yoni also checked in with us. After we decided to purchase, Cameron went above and beyond by explaining all of the functions and setting up the tech.Yoni made the paperwork process very easy. We purchased a 2023 Bronco sport. Great job D'Orazio!

D’Orazio Ford is great!
D’Orazio Ford is great! I really wasn’t sure if I wanted a truck or the Mach-E. Christian C. was super helpful and knowledgeable. Provided excellent service! Definitely will be coming back for my next vehicle.

Great service and fair pricing
I contacted the dealer looking to purchase a second hand car but the salesman quickly identified the model they had was not what I was looking for and was very upfront about it. He then suggested new and with so many dealers putting mark ups over MSRP I was sure I couldn’t afford it but the salesman, Christian, assured me that D’Orazio doesn’t do that. Within a short time we had done a deal and I was on my way to collect the vehicle. When I got there the vehicle was even better than I hoped and the great service continued with a friendly tour of the car and an easy and quick processing of the paperwork. Highly recommend this dealer
