This was my first experience buying a car out of state and was highly nervous as there is a bit of a trust factor involved in these types of transactions as I learned dealing with other out of state dealers for a specific car I was looking for prior to finding my way to Tricar. Tricar had the exact car I was looking for which says a lot about their selection of cars to choose from as the used car i was looking for with the specific features was a rare find to be on sale. I worked with AJ primarily and as soon as I said I was out of state he immediately worked to put me at ease and be very transparent. We did a face time call so that I may see the car in real time and have him go over it so that I may see everything I was looking for and insure the condition was good. Also he sent additional photos promptly when I asked for specific views that were not available online. He then provided me with a clear understanding and expectations of the process from his side as well as what I would need to do once I return back to my home state with the car. In addition he organized and sent me the proper documentation needed to present at my local DMV. This made the experience so easy and effortless. AJ's professionalism and knowledge truly shined throughout the whole process. The car itself was in excellent condition and well maintained. Tricar's even knew what some of the more common issue are for that specific model and addressed them without me having to prompt them to which will save me thousands in the long term. Great buying experience, quick and painless. The cars they sell are very clean and well maintained. My used minivan came with brand new tires, rotors and brake pads. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The people that work there are incredible!! LOVE my beautiful convertible Lexus!!! They gave a nice discount because my husband is a police officer. They were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend that you buy your next car from them.

So, we never leave reviews, but today's purchase was a must. My fiance and I have been searching and researching for a new car. We specifically were looking for Subaru foresters and briefly saw one from Tri-Car. We first dealt with Arash and he gave us a complete FaceTime tour which was so informal and relaxed. We then came across many other promising deals from other used car dealerships but this one was our best option. It never felt like we were buying a car, because there was no sleazy car salesman. They offered us beverages upon arrival. The crazy thing is our car caught fire on our way up here!!! So we had to uber from Charles County MD and AJ surprised us and payed for our expensive uber! WOW! Thanks again AJ. Again excellent customer service and recommend this to a customer who knows what they want and for a great price.

We bought a BMW X3 online! I was sipping my morning coffee and face timing to see our car Saturday morning. It was delivered Tuesday! It was everything that he said it was. Multiple calls regarding our satisfaction and also the delivery guy was A+++! Look here first even if you're out of town. Prices are exceptional. Our go to place for the future! Working with the folks at Tricars was a breeze. I was directed to them by my bank - they had the car I wanted at a competitive price. There was no haggling, paperwork was done quickly and efficiently and I drove the car off the lot. Plates and registration were mailed to me within a month. I would recommend them to a friend.

Price was around Kelly Blue Book pricing. Not trying to haggle or hustle you. On line price out the door price both the same. Staff was Great. I was looking for a replacement vehicle for my Jetta TDI so I researched different brands / models and narrowed it down to exactly what I wanted, my son lives 4.5 hours south of me so I did vehicle searches for his area (York, PA) he and I always shop for cars together as a tradition and came up with a couple of vehicles but were not the color I wanted, no sunroof and had more miles than I wanted so I expanded my search and found the perfect car with very low miles and a fair price so I inquired about the vehicle with Matt at Tricars on a Wednesday, I set up an appointment for that coming Saturday. I drove to Gaithersburg from York with my son (after making the 4.5 hour drive the evening before) to look at the car and I was pleasantly surprised when I got there to see it was exactly what I wanted, in person! Matt pulled it in, unlocked it said take your time and look it over, let me know if you have questions then walked away... zero pressure sale! I had a couple of minor issues with the vehicle, Matt said no problem we will get them handled. I left a deposit traveled back two weeks later to get the car. We arrived a half hour before they were to open and Arash was already there to greet us, the sale transaction went fast and smooth and I was on the road before I knew it. I am VERY pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be making that trip again for my next vehicle, you will not be disappointed if you purchase from them!

I purchased a used 2013 BMW in February 2017. From their response to my initial email, to the test drive, to the purchase, everything went perfectly. There was no pressure to purchase, but they made sure that everything went smoothly. I have purchased four cars over the years, and this was by far my best car-buying experience. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them, and I highly recommend you go and see them.
