very honest

So i went to look for a Range Rover, Tamir is very helpful , honest and knowledgeable. Price is very fair and its true that there is no hidden fee like dealer prep etc. which everybody knows is a scam. What you see is what you get plus documentation. I did not end up buying because im looking for a particular Range Rover but how i wish they have it so i could just buy from a non pushy honest car salesman. I will be watching their inventory till i find the one.


Excellent Experience

Bought a 2013 Kia Sorento EX AWD from Bergenfield Auto Mall. Car is in great condition. I was allowed to test drive with no problem. Fair price. Dealership experience was great! No pushy salesman that’s what I liked best!

bad service

They scammers and liars I went to see a car then want to tell me the mileage on the car and the mileage are a little different. It was like 50 k in difference. All I’m saying there deceiving and it’s a shame that people come from far to view a car just to be played with

Please Do Not trust this dealer

I write my experience down and tried to provide a reference to whom don’t know the “traps” of this dealer. Btw, if you ask the unreasonable problem you found to the lady also in the shop, she will tell you “ did you first time buy a car?!”. You hide car problems and save budget but not care the ca’s safety. The safety, the basic requirement of a customer. Mr. Tamar, please pick up the phone. I tried to contact to you but you never give a reply. You should answer the question why you sold a customer a car with a front light can’t work. Why did you hide this problem? Because the customer test the car in day time and could not see the bulb lights? Didn’t you know the problem of the car sold in your shop? If so, you may usually sell problem cars even has basic issue but you can’t find. Why you spoke ”we don’t fix light” and “you should go mechanic yourself” when I told this problem? It’s not only maybe a $10 bulb, it’s about your customers safe and your credit and service attitude. It’s really dangerous when I drive at night. And you hid the problem, wanna reduce the “trouble” and save the money, obviously you are not a good man, not a honest dealer, not a professional employee or company owner. I guess you always make fights with customers cause these cheating tricks. Your such unprofessional actions not only destroyed the business experience and also destroy your company’s stature and credit.

Mr. Chen We are very sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied. A light bulb in a vehicle that is well over 10 years old is bound to eventually burn out. You contacted our office Two weeks after your purchase stating that we sold you a vehicle with a light bulb burned out. Not only is that basic maintenance of any vehicle, but it is something we would have willingly changed had the light bulb burned out prior to the sale. Stay Away

They tried to sell me a piece of xxxx car. Thank god I didn't buy it. I looked at it again before purchasing the car and I noticed all the xxxx that was wrong with that car.


Great Experience

When I came in to Bergenfield Auto Mall looking for a vehicle I wasn't sure what to expect. At first I was a little skeptical because of past experiences with car dealerships, but I came to realize not all car dealerships are the same. They have really good customer service and do not advertise false prices. Luis the sales person answer all my questions and even took the time to go on a test drive with me, then I went to Mary who did my finance. She went above and beyond to get me the lowest rate possible even though my credit was not the best. They made the process of purchasing the car fast and easy without leaving any of my questions unanswered. I bought the car about a month ago and I said let me wait to write a review so that I can drive and check the car. The car is running very good and my mechanic tells me its in really good condition. I am really impressed with my whole experience with the dealership. Thank you so much guys!
