Bought a 2006 CRV that is a great small Honda suv ...the tires are nine years old...I never even thought to look.This is my fault but TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE to sell a used car with tires nearly a DECADE OLD

Drove 3 hours to buy a low mileage truck got there the taillights were broken out roof top moldings were missing the headlights had water in them they nocked off a couple hundred dollars I requested to put it on a lift and was told he was a salesman not a mechanic and the mechanic wouldn't be there till Monday I crawled under it it was very nice I bought it got a couple miles away from the lot it quit running I called the lot the salesman said he would call the owner I waited and waited so I called back he said the owner said he couldn't leave and the owner was on his way home and couldn't be bothered by me this is the most unprofessional place I have ever seen a mechanic stopped and figured out it had a dirty relay simply fix but they wouldn't even try to help i will never buy anything from them again.

Reset the milage on my Kia Sportage. This is something I later read online about someone else that had the same experience. Not only that they do temporary fixes on the cars just long enough to get you off the lot and after signing sold as is. They are xxxxxxx and gonna burn in a place in the after life.

Bought a car on a Saturday - by Tuesday it was dying and completely losing power… I have tried contacting the dealership multiple times and no one is returning my calls or willing to talk with me. I am looking into what legal actions I can take if they aren’t willing to work with me after they sold me a car that ran 72 hours. I am clearly learning my lesson the hard way and want to help others to not have the same experience I am having. We will see what my next steps are once I get some legal advise. This place is exactly why people don’t like used car dealerships. Sadly, this place was recommended to me and I am going to make sure this doesn’t happen to many more people.

I came to this dealership looking to buy a hard-to-find car they had in stock. I knew the price they were asking was quite high but I was willing to pay extra since the car was unique. Upon arriving I noticed almost every car in the lot has had its undercarriage and exhaust spray painted to hide rust. After speaking to an employee, it turns out this is because they buy cars at a CarMax auction that are too rusty to sell and "import" them to Tennessee. I came with over $11k cash in hand and they wouldn't come down even $200 on the price of the car. The salesman was rude to my wife and I so we left. Do your research before buying a car here. The prices are way too high and the rust issues with these cars are dishonestly covered up.

It’s too bad you can’t leave zero stars for a review. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They sold me a car that tore up the next day and they offered absolutely no help. Do not buy a car from them unless you are prepared for this situation. I have no idea how they have been in business for this long.

They were very helpful! We bought a car from them a few years ago and it still runs good! This dealership is trustworthy. The only complaint I have is that it’s hard to pull in to the parking lot.

Bought SUV there. FWD,Traction Control, Engine Lights on before I got home. Reset them twice. After spending over $500. They only guarantee engine,trans. Never again!

I went there Friday 4/26/19 to buy a car. The website said open till 630pm . Got there at 545pm and they told me I would have to come back another day that they was closing at 6. Well I went to west Chevrolet the next day and bought me a car. They stayed there till deal was done. Will never go back to this place again

I have looked for an 2004-2005 Envoy XUV for years under 100k miles. They had one, but they are 3 hours from where i live. They were helpful with extra pics and made me feel secure that this vehicle was in excellent condition. Well they were correct, this vehicle was in almost new condition with 83,000 miles. The only thing that didnt work was the CD player, which was the least of my worries. It was well worth the trip. The lot was full with other prime used cars also. we will probably go back when we need a second car.
