Audi North Miami

The entire Silvercar rental experience here went very smoothly, and this dealership went above and beyond what I would expect of them. They are not allowed to deliver the car to the Miami airport, so we had to secure our own ride to the dealership. The ride turned out to be a bit of a ripoff and way overpriced, so Anna of Silvercar went out of her way to accommodate us for the ride on the way back, arranging a Lyft for us. Everyone was extremely friendly, efficient, with fantastic communication, and made it one of the better rental experiences that I have had. If I lived in Miami, I would certainly make sure that I purchased my next Audi from them, and I will definitely use Audi Silvercar rental again when I travel to an area where it is available.

Super fast service! Everyone wearing their mask and on point! What I like vest of this service are the loaners which forces to drive different models which is great. For the second year in a role I change Models because I tried and liked. It’s also very convenient to drive up, drop off your car for service and then drive out with the loaner. Superb!!!
