Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the bustling

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the bustling atmosphere, but due to our scheduled appointment, we waited briefly before Ron greeted us. Ron was exceptionally courteous, guiding us through various vehicles within my budget. Although my initial search yielded no results, Ron persisted, showcasing additional cars and highlighting attractive deals, ultimately leading me to discover a new 2025 model. The overall experience was outstanding.

This is my second time buying a new Kia from this

This is my second time buying a new Kia from this dealership. I had my Sorento for 5 years before deciding to trade it in due to high mileage and a growing family. I researched quite a bit before deciding what I wanted to buy, and Bergstrom Kia of Appleton had one of the easiest sites to access the information I was looking for. Being able to compare prices & features, I was able to find a vehicle that was right for me before even stepping foot on the lot. I called to be sure it was in stock and after learning that it was, said I would be in the next day. I was greeted at the door, promptly assisted, and offered refreshments. After learning I had bought my previous vehicle there, they set me up with the same sales associate that I worked with the first time. Once again, Mo walked us through the purchasing process. I went for a test drive & Mo made sure any additional questions I had were answered. I put on a lot of miles each year, so Mo helped find us a better warranty that covered more mileage rather than a longer term. I went away satisfied and excited to be driving off in my first hybrid vehicle, a Kia Carnival HEV. I will go back for future vehicle purchases!

Great customer service!

Hue was fantastic, very responsive and took the time to answer all questions. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Hue worked with us to find a car as we are over 4 hours away form the dealership. Hue went out and took specific photos of the vehicle for us. Highly recommend Hue and the dealership.

I brought my 2011 Kia in for some recalls and Austin in the service department did a great job helping me tested my car and they went above and beyond and replace my engine and all the other recalls and also rented me a car so thumbs up to the service department, Austin and his boss Tim great job

Our KIA EV6 GT-Line

We placed an order to purchase an EV6 a few months ago. The sales associate, Adam Wunderlich, did an excellent job describing features and helping us with our expectations. He kept us well informed on production progress, and was very pleased to surprise us with the early delivery of our car! Adam and the dealership team have met and exceeded every expectation and has been truly excited for us and our new car purchase. It has truly been a pleasure dealing with Bergstrom KIA and our sales associate, Adam! Our purchase is still new, and have not yet visited the dealership for further service, although the car was immaculate upon delivery!

Our KIA EV6 GT-Line

Love my new Sorento

I would like to thank Bergstrom KIA and my saleslady (Sam) for turning around an unpleasant sales experience I had at a different dealership. I have purchased two KIA's from Bergstrom KIA and both times they have treated me fair and with the expertise I would expect from a top notch dealership. Well done. In addition I would like to thank Bradley for his patience and expertise in explaining the KIA technology in my new Sorento. At my age, it is difficult to grasp the things a new vehicle is capable of (Go Stratford Tigers).

Disrespected from service department

I would not recommend the service department to anyone. I was treated very disrespected. I took my kia in for an issue, they told me it was fixed. I drove away and problem came back. When I tried to get ahold of the service department the next day, they would not take my call. I had another dealership that I was working with try to contact them and they ignored them too. Now I still have the issue which is under warranty and I can't get it taken care of at this kia dealer. I feel it is very unprofessional for bergstrom to treat me like this. So if I were you I would not even buy a vehicle from them because they might treat you the same way.

They hate evs

They never can a new car in for people to test drive. They hate all evs, because they don't make any money off them. Maybe if stepped up there game.
