Zach and Julio went out of their way to take care of our car. The people took care of what needed to be done and a car wash to add.

This was the only place where I was not attacked by a vulture at the front door. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I did buy a vehicle. There were a few issues, but they handled them very well. I was satisfied with the outcome. I would highly recommend Castle Chevrolet,

A Starbucks coffee while signing up the papers? You couldn’t get any better than that. I went to two other dealerships before visiting Castle Chevrolet North, and the moment I walked in to their building I already was feeling light and calm like something feels right. Everyone’s looking and acting very professional and the Manager Ed Finn did an awesome job explaining to me every details that I needed to know about the purchase. Well yeah, I didn’t get that from the other two dealerships so thanks Ed. And hey, Mike thank you for driving to starbucks just to get me hot caramel a macchiato. A glass of tap water was not even offered from the other two places so I want to say that I really appreciated that and thank you so much. Well organized vehicles, super neat and clean dealership, professional and good looking staffs, quick process but above all, they really want to help you get the car you want. So overall rating is 9/10. I never gave a 10 so consider that the highest. Now before i email the other dealerships the good news. I highly recommend this one so go try and visit them to see. Stopped in cold with a car identified from Carfax. Pat O'Brien stepped up, found the keys (took a few minutes) and showed the vehicle. Was patient and held the vehicle until the next morning on my expressed interest. Process was pretty quick (especially in comparison with the time consuming process, steps and numbers of people consulted at other dealers) put together the financing package and turned me over to the sales person for extended warranty-I had no interest and after a brief discussion turned me back to Pat who moved me into the finance/closing office. That process took a little longer than I wanted, but was pretty prompt (slow system) including plates, financing and other documents. I was out in about an hour an a half. No problems with the vehicle and received a follow up e-mail from Pat to see if I was still happy with the vehicle. The car was clean, well maintained and so far very satisfactory. Thanks. I,ve always taken both our Chevy's to this location for oil changes til this last visit where the mechanic damaged my car and management did nothing to fix the problem that was caused by your mechanic. I plan to make sure that I never recommend this location for anything.

For me car buying is never a pleasant experience, however the people at Castle made that experience much easier. From the time we arrived at the dealership until we left, was very stress free. We were treated very kindly.
