After years as a Honda family, we took the leap and purchased a new Kia Telluride, and what a fantastic decision it was, largely due to our sales associate, Caleb. This was by far one of the best car-buying experiences we've ever had. Caleb’s dedication was evident from the start. He went above and beyond, even driving to Castle Rock to pick up my wife who was without transportation. This act of service immediately demonstrated his commitment to us as customers. Beyond that, Caleb was exceptionally efficient in handling the paperwork and extremely knowledgeable about the Telluride. He patiently taught my wife everything she needed to know about the vehicle, ensuring she felt totally at ease. His caring and attentive approach made all the difference. We are so happy with our new Telluride and the smooth, pleasant process. Caleb truly made this a memorable and positive transition for us!

Hey Mike, my name is Scott. My phone number is 253-893-9421. I’m auto repair technician. I went in this 38 years. I have 28 years of dealership experience, Christie and the HR gown she’s out front she straight your service manager Bryan he’s a flake scheduled an appointment with him today with a 20 minutes. I can understand he is on meeting with his tax, but then I went back there again. Service advisor was supposed to tell him that I’m there. I went there second time to look at him talk to him, looked at me like I was talking in Japanese. It’s not a very professional environment. Maybe you should look at his capability of doing his job.

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. Paid $189.81 for complete brake fluid (BF) and brake clean. When I checked BF contained well below full and brakes still squeak. Tells me nothing was done??

The dealership has no integrity!

The dealership has no integrity! Returned my Kia Sorento this weekend after having negotiated a buy out of my lease given I had equity in the vehicle. Alex and Donovan were reasonable to work with to come to agreement on a purchase price and execute a purchase agreement. Both told me multiple times I could return the car the next day and receive my check. I believed them! When I returned the vehicle today, I was told by Tayler, the dealerships used car sales manager, that I could not have a check until the dealership obtained title to the vehicle. When I explained what had been promised by his colleagues he stated they were wrong, he would talk to them and could not issue me a check. At one point he inferred I may not be representing what I heard correctly and stated I signed a contract that had a payoff amount and therefore was not obligated to give me a check at this time. Taylor had no regard for the customer experience or honoring the promises made by his colleagues. The contract clearly states a check is due me on delivery. Taylor thinks otherwise. I have conferred with family members who have been in the auto business for 50 plus years and all have said this is not only extremely poor customer service but a highly unusual business practice. The dealership has no risk - they have the car and the financing is held by Kia Finance. There is absolutely no reason not to honor the promise made by the dealership. Sadly, Taylor is one who gives car sales reps a bad name. I’ve written the GM. We will see if the dealership does the right thing.

Caleb had the expertise to communicate the updated safety

Caleb had the expertise to communicate the updated safety features and the technology in an enthusiastic way. He was flexible and agile thru the process to make our experience smooth. He was courteous and took time and care even after buying to demonstrate the features and explain the technology. Very grateful he waited very late to close with us on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Caleb was friendly, patient, and thorough to explain the technology updates!!

I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Caleb. I'll be back in 2 years when my lease is up and hopefully the EV Stinger is out. Looking forward to working with Caleb again!
