It takes a bit of trust to drive 6+ hours to buy car from someone. The fact that this was even a used car, though with less than 2k miles, but still used,... made it even riskier. After talking with the crew here, I felt totally confident in making the drive. When we pulled up, the car was washed, cleaned and sitting out front waiting for us. Paperwork was ready and fast and we were in and out in about 1 hour! I can not say enough good about this place.

I found my 2015 Chevy Silverado online and sent an email to the dealership. Brandon Burgett, the sales rep I worked with, contacted me and we played phone... tag for a day or two (mostly because of my schedule). I dropped in unannounced one Saturday and he patiently worked with me while I tried out a couple of trucks. I called him on Monday morning to let him know that I had made a decision and by Monday evening, I was sitting in the driver's seat heading home. Great customer service, great staff and great experience. Worth the 45 minute drive for me.

Great buying experience. Was a little hesitant traveling over an hour and a half to look at a used truck but Ray Stewart gave me his word and went above... and beyond what some salesmen would do to reassure me the truck was as advertised and in great shape. And he was correct. So we headed down to Wooster Chevy. Ray greeted us at the door with the truck out front and ready to go. After 4 trips to the sales mgr, Ray got me the truck at the monthly payment I was looking for. So very happy about that. Would definitely would recommend giving Ray a call when your looking for your next new or used car/truck.

My lease on my Equinox was almost up and due to having no big down payment or a perfect credit history I was unsure how I could get another vehicle. I... received a special offer for my current lease to be paid off (4 months) and a rebate. Upon walking into Chevrolet of Wooster my fears soon disappeared. I was greeted by a salesman (Shane) and was treated just as someone with a lot of money. I knew I wouldn't be able to make the higher payments on another Equinox and told him what I really needed and he told me about the Trax. It is funny because it was just exactly what I was looking at on the internet. I am totally satisfied with this dealership and will tell all that ask. Thanks Shane

Saturday late afternoon I pulled into there dealership looking to trade on a new truck! I kept saying what I wanted, I am very precise on what I want,... there it was the truck the owner had drove a few times.I kept saying it was late and I didn't want to keep them from going home, in which Shane would say it's no problem, an hour after closing time they unloaded personal items of the dealership owners and I was on my way home with a2016 crew cab 2500 HD duromax! Thanks to Shane Mast for attentive help giving my phone a blue tooth to the trucks system and finding out every question I had which can be a lot of questions with the LTZ package ! Look them up!

I went to chevy of wooster in desperate need of a used vehicle. I am not someone qho enjoys car shopping at all. Ut i can hinestly say when I left thw... dealersgup I was very happy an no longer dreaded car shopping.. the staff here was amazing,informative and helpful. I was able to tell the dealer exactly what i wanted and within 2 hours i drove off the lot qith a new vehicle that fir my guidlines exactly.. this was the best vehicle shopping expeeien e i evelr had..

Ray and the underwriter was so helpful and made the process so easy and actually fun. After months of looking for the "right" truck, I found a 2011 Denali on the Chevrolet of Wooster website. Got the on-line quote and was still interested,... so sent off an inquiry about availability. They responded first thing the next morning (I sent my inquiry after they had closed), and told me that it was still on the lot. I arranged to test drive it that night before they closed at 6 pm. Left work early, hit traffic and the apx 100 mile drive took me longer than expected. Ray Stewart was very understanding, and accommodating when I pulled into the dealership at 5:45 pm. He allowed me plenty of time to inspect the truck, and then we went on a good long test drive. Talked about the truck a bit more afterwards, and I told him I wanted to think about it overnight. Next morning, Ray called to follow-up with me. We discussed pricing, and came to an agreement. So, I drove the 100 miles back up there and picked it up that night. LOVING my truck. Thanks Ray! Mark
